      Scam! Poor quality product, inaccurate representation, no customer service Returns only given partial refunds to keep unwanted product. Dont order from Geymy!

      They sell junk. Telling me what I received is what was online. It most certainly was not....JUNK...SPREAD THE **** EVERYWHERE..JUNK SCAMMERS.

      I have been trying several times a day, spent over $248 and nothing fits. First reply offered me $25 and keep the merchandise. Last response said they would up it to $40. I refused and asked for a phone call from a supervisor, no numbers to call, only an email. No response!

      I ordered two dresses. One is beautiful and fit fine, the other was nothing more than two pieces of material poorly sewn together and is definitely not a real dress. I reached out to Service@panrila multiple times and finally received a response. They do not really offer returns - only partial refunds. The dress was $49. They offered me $7 refund. When I pushed back we finally got to $26. But they were very clear if I wanted to return the dress I would pay for shipping back to ***** - which cost more than the dress did. So I settled for the $26 refund (we will see if I ever get it) and have the very ugly "dress" that I do not know what to do with. They are clearly do not honor their return policy and I will never purchase from them again.

      Clothes are cheaply made, received products that does not look like pictured. Tried returning and they will not allow returns or money back. Made in ***** not **************

      Panrila is a scam. I placed an order over a month ago. Acct charged. No order received. No responses to emails. ****** learned. RIPOFF SCAM

      If I could give it a minus 10 I would. The order wasn't sent from the Made in ******* company in ************** like it boasted but went through New ********., ********, before it landed in ****.. The quality of the fabric is horrible and it looks like pajamas. I have tried to ask them for a return label and they won't send one just told me to return to the address on the bag. You will love this name, *************, must be the brother of ***************! The address is in NY so why would I send it back there? I only read the comments on the ******** page and should have looked at BBB.. My bad..

      They claim they will accept returns for a full refund. I wanted to return a dress and they bargained with me to only refund a fraction of the purchase price.

      This is a scam. The website claims all products are made and shipped from **************. My order was shipped from "*************" in **. They will not accept returns and will not refund my money. The actual products look nothing like what I received. DO NOT BUY from this company. **********************
