      My wife ordered three matching Christmas Dresses on Dec 5, 2022. On December 9, we received an e-mail that the dresses had been shipped. LSORU uses EC BEST to ship their products to the ***** which then does the final leg of the delivery. As of December 31, the **** website indicates that it has not received the dresses from EC BEST. I looked up EC BEST on line and attempted to call them; their number was disconnected. When I looked up the address on ****** Maps, there was a for lease sign in front of the address.LSORU does not have an address or phone number; customer service is just an e-mail address. I attempted to contact them three times, and gave them this information. I asked them to reach out to EC BEST. I was told to please wait,the dresses had been shipped, and that sometimes it takes a while for the **** to enter it into their system. In other words, they ignored my request and are apparently not willing to take any action to resolve my complaint

      This company is a total scam. I did not receive the dress that I order they sent me the wrong item.

      I ordered two outfits from this company for an event I was attending and I even paid for expedited shipping and I still have not received my garments! I was not given tracking information until I called PayPal and now I have tracking information but it seems my items are still in the same spot! I have sent over 6 emails to this company and I keep getting the run around! I'm hoping I don't have to take legal action because I'm more going to let them get away with this! I have asked for a refund multiple times but I'm still getting the runaround.

      I received half my order months late and when I asked for info on the other, was told it would arrive within weeks and I would get a complimentary shipping update. Months later no one responds to my requests for info or refund.

      I agree with everyone else. Just Don't! I received an email refunding $12.95, is that ok? I have replied 4 times asking to return 2 items....Crickets. I guess if you say No, it;s not ok, they just take ALL your $ including the $12.95 they were willing to refund. I won't donate this to Goodwill. In Da Trash!

      It's foreign company but claims to be ***. Foreign fees charged, they want proof, proof was sent then I was ignored. Been over 13 days without a tracking number but was told it was shipped, many different times! I think this is a fraudulent company!!!

      Zekev is shameless . First order was OK. Second order - so far have no delivery after 4 weeks then got a notification from a phony ***** site said they had my package but wanted $1.95 fee and asked for a credit card! This a world wide Fraudulent Issue. Share the word!..

      I have been waiting 8 weeks for a coat. I emailed them 12 times before someone finally responded to tell be the coat was out of stock. I asked for a refund and no one has responded to me. I email them every day. This company is a scam!!!! I wish I wouldve saw these reviews first before ordering. Its already an inflation and they are playing with people money. I dont know how companies like this can exist. NO ONE ORDER FROM THEM! VESTO OFFICIAL DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER! Im going to my bank. Please stay away from this site!
