      Beware of scam. After lying about my product having been shipped they aid they refunded me but haven't refunded as Affirm states the refund failed the same day.

      We ordered 2 treadmills, paid for them, and have yet to receive them. Emails asking for an update have gone unanswered and phone calls go straight to voicemail. They got our money. Do not purchase from this company.

      My husband and I ordered an elliptical from this place. We waited over a week for an email stating if and when it would ship- nothing. I called and when I asked ***** automatically went into defense mode and said he would refund our money. We didn't want a refund, just an ETA. Very unhelpful and frankly left us both a little confused as to why he was so willing to give a refund rather than tell us when it was expected to ship.
