    I was matched to Rhino Relocation through a move broker. Using a move broker was a bad move and I have learned I'm never using a moving broker again....they made a stressful time already complex.
    The move itself was done very well - Mauricio and his team did a great job packing up final items I needed packed, and they took out already packed items carefully, thoughtfully, and efficiently to their truck. Mauricio also was very clear explaining to me how costs are based on cubic feet (something my move broker never made clear....)
    Anna from customer service also was extremely responsive (when my moving broker was not!) and was very helpful.
    Also, the delivery team who delivered my stuff in Miami was excellent.

    I hired these mover srecently to help with a smaller move of ours. WHen I originally called, they were the only company that was willing to come out with such short notice. We had a three day termination on our lease, that had to result in us being out. These movers showed up right when they said they would. We moved to south Orange County without any issues. Sharon was a big helpt hroughout the entire process. I can't thank her enough for evertyhing she did with our recent move. Thank youf or setting this up and being there when we needed you most!

    Hired this company for a last minute move, the experience was better than I had expected. Even before the day of the actual move, they had someone come out to do a walk through to verify what was going to be moved. The guys that showed up were able to move heavy boxes. We also had furniture, applainces and a few other things. I feel the entire experience with Mark and everyone that helped was spectacular. I wouldn’t hesitate in hiring this company a second time.

    The movers did a great job with our move. I was suprised with how quickly they were able to get everything loaded into the truck and into our new home, 20 miles from where we are now. You could tell these guys were pros! Sharon was very nice in helping us get things setup. I'd recommend these movers in a heartbeat.

    I don't want to even leave a star. A horrific moving experience. Padded the bill. I filed to open a claim a year ago through CSI PROS Claims and Rhino never responded. Now they won't open the case because it's too old. And I'm not even allowed to get a name or phone number of the person emailing me that they closed the case. Not even a signature.
    How does this company close a case when it was never investigated??
    Do not ever use this moving company. I will never give up trying to get my answers.

    Mrs. Zulauf, We regret that you were not satisfied with your settlement. Your original claim was opened in 10/2019. after several disputes and requests we re-opened your claim multiple times. We understand you were upset and that you were not happy with the personnel changes handling your claim at CSI, however we did our best to accommodate you. A final settlement again was sent to you on 10/2021.
    The claim was automatically closed for lack of interest as you did not accept the settlement nor communicate otherwise.
    It is now 3 years later and we can not re-open a claim again. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

    DO NOT CONTRACT THIS SERVICE! ABSOLUTELY WORST EXPERIENCE!!!
    ************ is CRIMINAL! Everything this company does is operated 3rd party or sub-contracted work. This makes it easy for them to have complete lack of responsibility and is a huge liability scam.
    So far my communication is with ****, ******, and ******. None of which have been able to speak directly with us. Only pre-generated emails from them. Clearly a regional manager needs to step in here; as a physical discussion needs to take place.
    Thousands of dollars in damage to my house, furniture and complete missing items. Currently in the midst of a claim process where they are offering a gross settlement of $391.00. This doesn't even come close to a replacement value. We paid over $15,000.00 for this move. CSI is the 3rd party insurance company and they have completely disregarded all documentation to support our claim. We now have to re-communicate that all documentation has been supplied, and review one by one. AGAIN!!!!!

    The delivery was a complete nightmare. There was one guy who must have been under the influence; because he was moving large items up our stairs without any help. He damage several areas of the home. I have photo evidence. He was also verbally abusive and beyond un-professional. The moment he arrived he stated he could only work 4hrs. This was a big move from CA to CO. I had to request that he be removed from the property due to his unacceptable behavior.

    Communication and CSI responsibility:
    We apologize for the communication issues but in the emails, there is contact information for the people handling the case and CSI has a chatbot on the website with agents always ready to assist customers. All these channels are to ensure that customers get communication at every stage of their claim process. Claims Service International (CSI) is not an insurance company and the customer's claim filed is not an insurance claim.

    Valuation Coverage:
    We offer customers free-of-charge coverage of $0.60 per lb. per article as required per federal regulations. Any additional coverage is not free of charge and must be paid for. The customer provided paperwork that was reviewed and they took exceptions for damaged items but nothing was noted as missing. All the items that were listed in the claim and were in the paperwork were reviewed at the valuation of $0.60 cents per pound per article which was calculated to add up to $391.20. The signature at the point of delivery acknowledges that all the information was captured in the paperwork.

    Dispute Option:
    The customer was sent a settlement offer that clearly stated he can dispute the offer and provide more supporting information. They can provide better substantiation links for a confirmation of the weight of the damaged items.

    Disciplinary Action:
    We regret that the customer had to sustain such unacceptable behavior from one of the crew. Our company policy provides for disciplinary action when such a complaint is received by a customer. The matter has been addressed by management. We thank you for bringing the matter to our attention as it helps our quality control department avoid such future complaints.

    Very satisfied with the moving service given by this company. The lady that we spoke with that set everything up was extremely helpful. We moved from a 3 bedroom apartment, into a new home without any issues at all. We had them stop at a storage unit as well. The entire move was done in just one day. There were no surprises, nothing damaged or scratched even now that it's been a few days since the move was completed. The entire experience with them was positive. I'd highly recommend them

    We recently hired Rhino Relocation and felt that they were more than acommodating. I had to relocate because of work. My work agreed to pay for the service, so I searched online and that's how I found them. ****** was really helpful in getting everything setup. They were able to schedule the appointment right away. The days after I called, the movers arrived exactly when they said they would. The truck easily was able to fit evertyhing I owned into the truck. I feel they were neat, careful with things. The pricing was fair and I would hire them again
