    I bought an iPad 4th generation and a iPhone through ******* from wireless source online, both arrive on april 1st. The iPad cannot be updated nor can anything be uploaded. This a give for my granddaughter whose birthday is next month on the third, I still need to get one for her. I contacted ******* and the seller by email but I think they are not trying to refund my money.l try to return it within the open window , I also have two more iPads I bought which is working just fine.thanks. The information below is what they asked for.

    *********************************************************************: March 12, 2025 Order #**** - Refurbished ******* Galaxy Z Flip5 5G | **** Only (Lavender / 256GB / Excellent) Price: $419.99 + 9.99 *** shipping (Delivered March 14, 2025)The device was sent in a bubble wrap pouch with a cardboard box, arrived free of any damage, and appeared in good condition. Two days later when I switched my ATT phone line to this phone I started getting messages about an unpaid balance. After speaking to multiple ATT ***** I discovered this phone was "Block Listed" and is STOLEN, therefore unusable. I felt comfortable ordering from this site due to the 30-day return policy and assurance of support with any issues. My mistake in not realizing that they have NO company address or phone number available on their site or anywhere else. There is an email "**********************************************************************************************************" which the customer is directed to reach out to so that they may obtain guidance on returns. However, after reaching out to this email address multiple times and via the website request form, I have heard nothing... crickets to each of my follow-up emails to the previous email. So essentially, they have sold me a stolen, worthless phone and are attempting to steal my money by prolonging the return window with their non-response. Mind you their website states that they will reply within ***** hours...I will supply all backup documentation that shows that is categorically untrue. Additionally, all of the hyperlinked methods of contact just redirect to a paragraph that states to reach out to the email and wait for a response for ***** hours. I tried to find an origin address via the *** tracking, but all I could find was the city. Please let me know what other information I can provide; I'm sure multiple other consumers made or are about to make a huge mistake by ordering here, just as I did.

    Purchased a phone through ******* and received a empty box before Christmas It was a gift I have messaged them multiple times and called and left messages the have not resolved issue

    On Oct 6, 2024, I purchased through Targets website, a ******* Galaxy S21+ cell for $203.29, which is sold and shipped by Wireless Source; items details: Order# ***************, Manufacturer Refurbished ******* Galaxy S21+ Plus 5G G996U (T-Mobile) 128GB Phantom Violet (Very Good), $189.99 + Tax$ *****= Total $203.29 , Qty 1, TCIN: ********. On Oct 9, 2024 via ****** I received an INCORRECT cell, a TOTAL BLACK cell. I have been fully committed and busy with my job and the 2 hurricane watches that ******* has been under. There is no way I can communicate with Wireless Source regarding these issues because there is no reference to call or write. On Oct 21, 2024, I called on ****** customer service for support and help to return and receive my refund. I spoke with Target *************** and he stated to reach out to Wireless Source regarding my return and refund, since there was only 14 days of return window from date order. That means Oct 20, 2024, was my last day of returning the item, of which I was not aware. I assumed since I ordered via ****** and since I am a Target customer, I had 30 days of window to return any item. I find this not practical nor fair as a Consumer, myself, since first I received the Wrong product and secondly, the ******************************************************************************************** any issues. As a result, I would like to return the incorrect cell and receive a full refund/credit at the earliest for the amount $203.29. If BBB, can assist on mediating with Wireless Source on resolving my inquiry, I greatly appreciate.Thank you, ******** *******

    This phone was ordered by a minor, I did not authorize that it was ok to buy this phone. I have the receipt and I took it back to ******* where it was purchased from with the receipt and I was told I had to start the return on the app. So I did. The company never responded on the numerous attempts for us to return this phone. I would like to return the phone that was never taken out of the box to be returned and I would like the refund to be issued to the original form of payment. I have no way to contact this company other then the ******* app and their not responding.

    I purchased item number ************ ******** Galaxy S21) , order ************** on July 15, 2023 on ***** The listing stated this item was "professionally refurbished" and "backed by a one year warranty". The phone had issues accepting calls later that year and all attempts to fix (new sim card, factory resets, etc) failed On 3/1/24, after several weeks of contacting wireless-source to honor the warranty with a replacement device, "***" let me know that a replacement would not be available and that instead I would get a refund ($238.15). She sent me a package slip and I sent in the phone (tracking # **** 9400 1112 0621 7076 4157 59).On 3/19/24 an unnamed individual sent me an email stating that a return could not be processed because it was purchased "last year" and asked to send the device back. I responded that this was unacceptable, since we are (even still) within the 1-year warranty.Since then, the company has ghosted me. Every time I reach out, I get a helpful-sounding agent who then stops responding after promising to get me my refund. As of this moment, they have my (broken) phone and have not sent the refund. **** has not been helpful - I have no idea if the company has been disciplined or not. I will file a 2nd complaint about **** for protecting this vendor by refusing to send me info about their business that would have allowed me to even share this complaint.
