    Hello BBB of Reseda:Purchased a refurbished Apple iphone 15; $649.00 purchase price on-line.Item was delivered in less than 5 days. Once I opened the shipment, I noticed there was no ***** logo on the back panel of the phone, then I noticed they had shipped m a 5.5inch screen. Apple iphone 15 has a 6.1inch screen. I wrote them twice asking for an RMA# to return the phone for full credit. Never got a reply. A Complete rip-off operation. Do not do business with this firm...

    Horrible seller. They sell faulty items and then you have to harass them for weeks and only after a ****** dispute will you get refunded. Stay away at all costs!!

    Beware of This Swappa Seller: Wireless Source / Magnakom Would give zero stars if possible.I purchased an Apple Watch Series 9 (45mm Cellular) in Mint condition from Wireless Source on Swappa, but the experience was a nightmare. Heres what went wrong:******* was NOT Mint Condition The watch arrived with a noticeable scratch on the screen, despite being listed as pristine. When I reported it, the seller agreed to a 10% partial refund for the misrepresentationbut never issued it.2.Listing Was Completely Misleading The watch was supposed to be Cellular + GPS, but I later discovered it was GPS-only. The seller had lied about the model, a major difference in functionality and price.3.Seller Stalled and Avoided Refunds After weeks of back and forth, they ignored messages and only responded when Swappa forced them to. They then claimed they would refund me if I closed my ****** disputea common scam tactic to prevent me from reopening a claim.4.Still No Resolution The seller continues to insist on a return (which is risky, given their track record of not refunding returned items). I refuse to return an item that was falsely advertised, especially after already buying accessories.This seller has shown dishonest business practices, bait-and-switch tactics, and bad faith negotiations. If youre considering buying from Wireless Source / ********, STAY AWAY. They misrepresent products, dodge refunds, and only respond when ************** yourself the headache. Buy from a more reputable seller.*******************************************************************

    Bought an iPhone ******************************************************** three hours. I have asked for a refund. I have not gotten one yet. They quit talking to me about it. I want my money back so I can get another phone

    I ordered a fully unlocked white iPhone 12 and received a black iPhone that is locked to *******. There is no phone number for the company, only a "contact us" form which states they will respond within ***** hours and it has been 72 now with no response. My phone carrier was unable to remove lock because the phone has multiple IMEI numbers- of course none which work. It is completely useless. Complete waste of time and money.

    The tablet ran VERY slow. I asked to return it took the company over 2 weeks to finally give me an address to return to out of my pocket costing $41! DO NOT buy anything from this buyer. ******* should reconsider this company as a third party seller for their TERRIBLE customer service!
