      They keep sending bills to pay the amount of $8523.24 this was for a portable and house oxygen machines my fiance passed away November 18 2023 it's obvious he can't pay this bill when his medical paid for both machines when he was living they did not pick up both machines until a month after his passing that is their fault I called them many times asking when they will pick up the machines they said they would email the service people and I should be getting a call to arrange for the pickup I wish they would stop sending bills for the machines that they picked up a whole month after his passing they are not very organized and unprofessional and have some nerve to even send a bill three times already

      They have very poor customer service, one gentleman has been very rude every time I have called and was cutting me off and refused to get me a manager,. Kept telling me that no one was available to talk to. The company is very unorganized. I keep getting old statements which I never got from the beginning and I had returned all equipment and was told I would not receive any bills for anything because none of the equipment would work correctly for me. And the person who I was talking with was down right rude about it with me.

      Their telephone customer service is non-existent. They NEVER return phone calls. If you need to resolve an issue, you have to go into the store. Their in-person customer support is very good, but half the time the person who I needed to speak with is working somewhere else. I work, so I have to take time off of work to go into the office. And they are closed during my lunch period, so I have to either take vacation or go with pay for the time I have to go in.
