    Date of Purchase: July 12, 2024Product Purchased: 2021 Mini ****** Cold Air IntakeDate Return Confirmed: June 29, 2025Amount of Refund Due: $340.25Problem Statement:"On July 12, 2024, I purchased a cold air intake for my 2021 Mini ****** from your website. The product was advertised and promised to fit my specific vehicle.However, upon attempting installation, the intake did not fit due to an incorrect mass airflow sensor model. An engineer from your company confirmed this error on your part and apologized for the inconvenience.I promptly initiated the return process, and your company confirmed receipt of the returned item on June 29, 2025. At that time, I was explicitly assured that my full refund would be processed and reflect in my bank account within three weeks of the return confirmation ******* of today, July 17, 2025, the refund has not been processed. I have repeatedly contacted your customer service via phone, and each time I am simply told to 'keep waiting.' This prolonged delay and lack of a concrete resolution are unacceptable, especially since the product was incorrect due to your company's error. The refund is now overdue based on your own promised timeline."Desired Resolution:"I demand a full refund of $340.25. I expect this refund to be processed and appear in my bank account immediately.

    Please be aware that when you pay for two day air shipping, it will actually be closer to 6-7 days as they fall back on fine print that says it can take them several days to process your order. Terrible customer service when I called. Too many quality companies out there to do business with...avoid K&N.
