    On October 12 2022, I placed an order for Dirt King Fabrication lower control arms through Peak Suspension.
    I received a confirmation email #****. I have been requesting shipping information and updates on my $2000.00 order, but Peak Suspension will not respond to any email.
    On January 3 2023, I called Dirt King Fabrication and they told me this item was in stock and would have been shipped in October. I was told Peak Suspension never placed an order.
    I would like a full refund.

    Good Morning, 

    We unfortunately had a mishap in communication. We sent in an order to the sales email channel with this vendor, rather than the online portal and it got missed. That being said, the part is no longer produced by the vendor as it's been discontinued.

    I purchased a ZR2 coilover conversion kit for a total price of $831.73 on March 15, 2021. It has been over 6 months and I have not received my parts or a refund. I have sent more than several emails asking for a refund or even a response from their customer support and have not received one yet. The business has not attempted to resolve the issue. I am looking to get my money back. Order # ****. I was never given a tracking number as the parts were never shipped. I want my money back

    Purchased a Peak Suspension ZR2 Coilover Conversion Trail Kit totaling $893.75 with a confirmed PO on April 14th, 2022. They have not shipped out products nor refunded my money and have not responded to any emails since June 17th. The contact number does not work and I would like a full refund.

    We responded to the customer stating the item they ordered was on BACKORDER when they ordered it. They ordered it knowing that it was on BACKORDER. They asked for ETA and we explained that we were looking like October to have these kits back in stock. 

    They acknowledged our terms and conditions for refund and cancellation policies which they don't agree with. It is a MANDATORY 3.5% cancellation fee. They agreed to these terms when purchasing the products. 

    We are fine giving a refund, but taking this to the BBB is just ridiculous. The buying market in today's economic community is just ridiculous. Everyone is impatient and wants everything NOW without knowing what goes into making that happen. 

    We are fine offering a refund and cancellation. I am getting tired of these messages from impatient buyers who just want to complain and cry wolf on the internet the loudest.

    On August 2nd, 2022 I purchased an item from Peak Suspension for the tune of $284.48. Peak Suspension stated in their response email that they would process the order in 3-4 business days and also send tracking information once the item had shipped. They did none of those things. I’ve sent four emails asking for the status of the order with no response on their part. I’ve asked for the product to be sent or to be given a refund and have not heard anything from them. My correspondence is attached. Thanks

    That is not what actually happened. We explained to them the part they ordered carried a 4-6 week lead time, as it also stated in the description of the product they purchased, clear as day. 

    I am getting really tired of the impatient buyers and people who don't read that our trying to ruin our reputation because they want what they want right now. This industry is not Amazon

    I placed an order on 4/13/22 for several items from this company that showed in stock. Total for all four items was $1535.69. It is now 8/26/22 and I have not received my product or received an email explaining the delay. I sent messages on Facebook, Instagram, email, and their website and called the phone number listed for the company asking for a refund multiple times and have yet to receive a response.

They added I was unhappy due to impatience when they mentioned they would receive and ship out product within a few days…. Three weeks later I was finally refunded due to this complaint. This company is a joke and completely unprofessional.

    * On April 23 I ordered a set of Peak Supension Standard Tie Rod Sleeves (order # ****) for a 2019 ZR2 Coloraado. The total amount charged to my PayPal acount was $101.30. After not receiving the items purchased I notified the manufacture by email several times without any response. I contatacted PayPal to enter a dispute on my behalf but they were unable. As of 7/24/2022 I have not received the items or had any response from the supplier. I am looking to have the purchased amout credited back to my credit card.
