I am still waiting on the status or order number for my rear kings suspension I ordered 2 months ago, I contacted kings since I have been getting no response back from peak suspension at all, kings let me know they need a PO number to help me out. I emailed peak and no response, at this point Im on the verge of canceling my order. Seems like peak isnt willing to help me at all

Good Morning ******, We have responded to all of your emails and relay all of the information we are provided from King. We do not produce this product and we made you aware of the lead times well ahead of time. The lead times for King shocks are currently 6-8 weeks (sometimes longer depending on the product). We can't control the output of another brand and we are at the mercy of their production levels and/or communication. We do hope you consider this, and while we definitely want the best buying experience for our customers, there's things that we simply just can't speed up. Thank you,

Was looking through my old photos and found a screen shot between me and Nick. I was trying to buy Eibach suspension. First they said they couldn't assemble it and would refund me the extra $160 which was all fine by me, but I also included "if you still have them in stock I'd like to proceed". Next email was him saying they'd refund me the $160 right away but never mentioned anything about them being out of stock so I thought I got the last pair because the next day I saw on their site that they were out of stock. Sep 29 was the last email from him, on Sep 30th, Oct 2nd and then my final attempt Oct 11th I was checking to see if and when I'd get the product. Oct 11th I said I'd like to cancel and if I don't get a response like the last week, I'll just cancel. He responded 30min later after that email and said I was in spam... sure. I was willing to work with him and he said he'd ask Eibach when their next shipment would come in and he'd send it out. I agreed (this was all Oct 11th). Oct 15th I asked for an update, no response. Oct 18th, still nothing, so I emailed again stating I'd just like a refund on my order. His response after that was delightful- " Alex, again, thank you for your persistent emails and threats. Eibach states they will be in stock by end of Nov. Also, I am not going to bother copy and pasting our email and communication policy from our website as it's clear you haven't read of seen it." First off, threats? Literally just asking for updates on my order. Second, their communication policy says emails will be responded to within 1-2 business days haha. This experience was fun, I went to Apache offroad, they responded quick, helped me with my order according what I was to do with my vehicle and had the product shipped the day of ordering. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH NICK.

Hi ****, Thank you for sharing your side of the story from 2 years ago during a pandemic when the entire world basically shut down. You also neglected to include the emails threatening us to fulfill your order or you'll contact your bank for a chargeback. It saddens us an organization that people act this way, despite know the labor and material shortages the entire world experienced. We do hope you feel better about yourself trying to damage a company's reputation from being a poor customer in September 2021. Thank you,

I am just trying to get a refund for a part ordered in May that at this point has no guarantee of ever being delivered. Everything was great until I asked for a refund and have been ghosted since which has been going on for more than a month now. I have emailed several times, called several times, asked them to call me several times and not a word from this company. I wasn't made aware of any back order issues until after the purchase with the confirmation email. It has been several months since the puchase and I had to contact them every couple of weeks to get an update and was made to believe it would be shipping soon. The next step will be small claims.

    *****,
We're sorry you had a bad experience. Unfortunately, manufacturing last year was incredibly difficult post covid. Lead times were longer than usual for almost all vendors across the board. We dealt with a lot of challenges in our manufacturing which caused for some pretty long lead times. In regards to communication, as we definitely dropped the ball. We received more emails than we knew what to do with.
We hope we can change your mind in the future, but we respect your decision either way!

They are crooks!! No Parts and no refund! Multiple attempts to contact with no response from them, ordered in April, WTF. This Husband wife and somebodies brother who re-brand parts should not be in business.
Stay away, if your parts haven't arrived and they (peak) quit responding, forget it, your build is stalled until you find the parts elsewhere, sorry the cost for those parts that didn't show up just cost you double!!

    ****,
We're sorry you had a bad experience. Unfortunately, manufacturing last year was incredibly difficult post covid. Lead times were longer than usual for almost all vendors across the board. We dealt with a lot of challenges in our manufacturing which caused for some pretty long lead times. The backordered parts were from a 3rd party, and not something we re-brand or even brand in the first place, they're from ******* in ******. In fact, you didn't order any Peak parts at all. As soon as we explained that the parts were backordered, you immediately filed a chargeback.
We hope we can change your mind in the future, but we respect your decision either way!

Ordered 6 months ago… did not receive product. They do not have a phone number on website and do not respond to email. Had to get them through a Facebook page?
    Promised refund…. Have not received.
    Horrible company buyer beware

In regards to your order, you ordered a part labeled for backorder that we very clearly marked as such. You filed a chargeback as soon as we explained that the order was backordered with no clear ETA. We would have happily given you a refund, even after your nasty emails.
We hope we can change your mind in the future, but we respect your decision either way!
