    I have ordered products in which Shoelada never fullfil completely and charged me for all. Is against the law to charge someone for services or products that are not available at the moment of the purchase. I have been waiting for over a month and a half for products I purchased to Shoelada back in March 29 2025. I have attempted to email and all I get is an automated email response. No action have been taking from Shoelada or owner in providing even a feedback or status on the order.

    Placed order ***** March 21, 2025 for a shoe cleaning kit. Since I live in ****** I paid with my Mexican issued **** credit card in pesos equivalent to the USD price as they calculated. Paid for the kit plus shipping and international customs fees and duties in full. Website said kit would arrive in 5-9 business days. At day 10 I had heard nothing from Shoelada so I inquired as to the shipping status. Automated system indicated order was in process but had not shipped. Business has no listed phone number. I sent an email to their customer service instead. A lady by the name of ***** responded and asked for my order information. Said it would take ***** hours to respond. Never got a response. Ive sent several emails since then with no response for almost one week now. I then requested a refund. Again no response. Im concerned this company is setup as a scam and has taken my money and is refusing to either ship my order or refund my money paid to my credit card.

    I basically bought merchandise from this merchant and he failed to get in contact with me when I contacted him about my tracking information so I emailed his email to let him know that I wanted to cancel my order and just to get a refund so I finally got a tracking number showing that it was being delivered back to *************** which thats not where I live so now I am seeking my refund and he told Cash app that he fulfilled his order with me, which is a lie, and I feel like this is fraud now because he wont refund me my money and I never received any of the merchandise that I purchased off of his SHOELADA website
