    I placed an order with Shoelada and realized within 30 seconds that I had selected the wrong set after going back to my sons birthday list. I immediately emailed the company to cancel so I could place the correct order, but they told me the order could not be canceled and would need to be returned after delivery. Seconds after placing. Frustrating. After submitting the return request and being charged $16 to cover both the return shipping and the shipping of the replacement item, I received an error message stating that the company would reach out to me with a resolution. However, I never received a return label or any instructions, and its now been over 48 hours with no follow-up. Ive reached out again with no response.This has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I am now being forced to consider filing a claim with my bank to dispute the charge. I would not recommend this company based on my experience with their customer service and lack of follow-through.

    I order a product in February. Moments after making the purchase, I noticed the mailing address was missing the apartment number and last name. I contacted Shoelada immediately and they stated the item is already being processed and I needed to contact the carrier. I was unable to get the information updated and the item was returned to sender. For 2 months I have been trying to get in contact with Shoelada. I have requested the item be resent or for Shoelada to issue a refund. I paid an extra $3 for shipping protection. They have been unresponsive the entire time. I submitted a complaint via Shop (app for orders) and filed a Mail Search with ****. No luck on getting the item or my money back. Would NEVER recommend this company.

    Worst company ever and horrible customer service I placed an order back in January and I still dont have my order and its now almost April of 2024 I have attempted to contact multiple ways via the email provided ****************** etc no water what I try I receive no update on shipment of my order just an automatic reply that it could take up to 14 business days to have order shipped which I think its been well over that I have gotten fed up with reaching out to the company and have sent multiple emails for them to cancel my order I no longer want their bs service or product and asked for a full refund in which I still got no reply so now Im out almost 100$ and still no product or contact made by the company if I could leave zero stars I totally would this is the reason small companies or business dont succeed because of people this and the man who runs it

    I placed an order with them on Dec 29th 2024. I emailed them about my order on January 8, 2025 asking about an update on my order they responded back asking for my order number. I gave that to them. They said they would get back to me which they didn't, so I emailed them again on the 9th with no reply. I reached out again on the 13th. They replied back thanking for being patient and they would accommodate me for the delay and being patient. I didn't really care about that. I just wanted the product I ordered. They said they had a change in the shipping department and they asked for my address, which I think they should of already had if I had placed my order already. They didn't respond after that. I asked for a full refund because I have no *** on the product I ordered and there customer service is bad. I see that they made a label for the product to ship out on the 18th, but it didn't ship right away. I finally get the product on the 22nd, but the order is incomplete. I don't have what I ordered. I waited for over a month and still didn't get what I ordered. This is a pretty bad company. Not ever going to order from them again. I want my Refund.

    I placed an order on December 18th, didn't recieve it, ended up calling the delivery company, going to the post office, and got the run around only to find out that the Shoelada company got my address wrong. The package got returned to them. I have emailed them on Jan 4th, 9th, and 10th only to be asked for the order number then ignored. I have contacted them through the website, through ********, every contact method I can think of and still, no response!!!! Worst company I have EVER dealt with, do NOT use them.
