1 starThis company's Sales Manager reached out to me almost two years ago asking me to buy tools in bulk from him. I explained that my business was a 3-man operation and I had no need for purchasing 10 tape measures at a time or other bulk purchases he was offering. And after his third sales call of practiaclly begging me to "try them out" I finally asked to be removed from his call list and placed on a Do Not Call registry. But here we are, 2 years later and I'm still fielding calls from the same Sales Manager. He calls me from an autodialer or blocks the number so I don't know it's him, but he keeps calling. I have his first and last name since he texted it to me on one of our first calls and have considered going after him personally. I'll tell you this though; I don't understand why a company like Big State Industrial Supply would allow a guy to represent them that's as dumb as a bag of hammers and keeps harrassing their potential customers. Is that how sales are made now? You harrass your lead until they finally open up their wallet? The idea makes about as much sense as a waiter spitting in your food and expecting a bigger tip.Review fromCarl L

1 starI was called by a telemarketer from this company by a salesperson named *****. I was offered a free sample and was sent an entire case of product valued at $176. I was sent an invoice for something I never agreed to buy. I was told I was getting a free sample in the mail.Review fromDanny M

This company has very poor customer service. Very poor return policy. Everyone was rude. Very questionable business practices. If you look at their ****** reviews, you will find most of their good reviews are from employees saying how great it is to work there. I guess so if they are making THAT much money off ripping people off. Poor quality items extremely overpriced. Most of the other reviews from people that have done business with them has been 1 star reviews. The way business was handled with them after callingI would highly believe that any good review they get is from them telling a friend or a family member to post that review and not a real customer. I hate writing negative reviews. I like writing positive reviews but people need to beware of this company.
