1 starThe company calls to "Confirm" an order, but we never placed the order. They have done this to us once before and shipped items to us and charged us more for them than what we were paying.Big State Industrial Supply Inc

This is the reason that we call to confirm the order before shipping. We want to guarantee that the order placed is correct before shipping. I am not sure what you are talking about regarding shipping orders with price differences as the orders are verified before shipping.
