the script that she read from was very good. the problem was that she was terrible at presentation. for that reason, i felt my money was wasted. i wish i had had a different coach. seemed put off when i had questions.Credit.org

While our counselor did attempt to answer your questions and explain points, it seems that the explanation wasnt as clear as it should have been. We also understand your concern about the pace of the session, and we will ensure that our counselors take extra care in pacing and responding to individual needs.
