      My coach explained everything thoroughly, invited questions, explained items which I didn’t fully understand, in the Reverse Mortgage and was most friendly. Session was actually very close to the agreed time frame.

      Counselor was excellent. She was very pleasant, easy to work with and demonstrated subject matter expertise. The interiew was not only informative but very enjoyable. Also important was the fact the interview took place at the scheduled time even though I was advised to allow a 3 hour window.

      The agent that I interviewed with was informative and was well versed in information surrounding reverse mortgages and other alternatives. I particularly enjoyed the short quizes making sure that I was listening and understanding all the information she was delivering to me. The time we spent on the phone was very complete and I can think of no additional information that she could have given me. My agent was curtious , nice, and polite.
