    My wife and I contracted to have Churros-N-Cream cater at our wedding on October 1, 2022 at ***** ** ***** ******* ** ********* **. The contract stated the business would cater from 6-9pm for a fee if $1,485.00. My wife even had the time adjusted without changing the rate. ***** **** was the employee (owner) who she had conversations with. We paid in full about 2 weeks prior to the wedding. The churro truck arrived at approximately 8:45pm when our wedding was scheduled to end around 9:45. I spoke to ***** and demanded a full refund but he initially offered only 50% stating they could still set up and pass out churros. Eventually ***** agreed to refund the full contract price in 3-5 business days. A week has passed and no refund has been processed. We have reached out to business and to ***** with the business stating ***** is not and/or was never employed by them. ***** had not returned my texts or voicemails. We did some research and found out Churros-N-Cream has done this before. On prior occasions they have cheated people off of their money by demanding payment up front and not showing up for events. They later will delete reviews so potential customers wouldn’t know what was happening in other transactions. All I demand is the money that has been paid for a contract that was entered between my wife, ****** *********, and Churros-N-Cream. Money has been paid and the services were not delivered on time. I upheld my end of the contract and paid for services that were not rendered by Churros-N-Cream.

    We purchased a catering service on July 25 2022. Paid a deposit of 371.25 for an event scheduled for August 13 2022. Spoke with ***** who is in charge of catering and received confirmation of payment. The day of the event no one showed up. I called multiple times the day of the event and the following days after the event and my calls were left unanswered and no return phone calls till this day. Looked at the company’s yelp reviews and saw multiple reviews of this company taking deposit and not showing up to the events they were paid to cater and not returning deposit that was paid in advance.

    This business is scamming people out of their money on events. I hire them for an event on Saturday August 13th, 2022. They where supposed to arrive at 6:30 to set up and do the event from 7-9. Around 7 when no one had shown up yet I started calling and messaging them and no one answered. I called the store only to be told they don’t deal with that even though it’s operating under the same name and business. Still no answer or message by 10 pm I gave up and figured they where to showing up and asked for my refund. Sunday came around and still no respondes so I just asked for my refund again only to get a response saying “refunds take 5 to 10 business days”. Upon reading yelp reviews and other reviews I guess this is something they are now well known on doing. I don’t understand how a business with a store front can get away with something like this. I am out of money and out of my services, as a business owner myself this is very unprofessional and illegal and the business should not be able to operate this way. I am not the first or last person they do this too..

    Date of transaction July 25, 2022 in the amount of $149.53 for a catering deposit. Vendor has multiple reviews stating he takes peoples money and doesn’t provide services. I’ve requested deposit and he’s refusing to return it.

    This business is a scam. The attachments are only a few out of all the reviews he has on yelp.
