      My service was done the same day I called. Quick service to repair our broken garage. Set up our vehicles for garage door opening. I would recommend Precision Door to everyone. The technician was very professional, courteous and very informative and did a great job.

      My appt was made on the same day I called. The tech showed up on time after checking my garage opener, it was determined I needed a new one (which I kinda knew). I received a new opener, wall pad, wiring and sensors. The tech was knowledgeable and curtious. The job was done in a reasonable amount of time and in my opinion was very professional. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to all!

      The service was performed competently and in timely manner by a service technician who was courteous and helpful, explaining the scope of his work. We could not expect more. When it.comes time for Garage door service we will call Precision again.

      The Technician (**** *******) was excellent. He was knowledgeable with regards to Precision's products and the job he had to do (opener replacement). He was quick and went about his work in a seamless manner. Thank you, Precision, for a great experience.

      The ************ location is at issue. Im sure most of your technicians operate ethically however this wasnt my elderly mothers experience. She had a remote that stopped working. Her garage door was in fine operating condition and the wired controller in the garage worked just fine.She needed the remote to be reprogrammed or a replacement remote at worst.The technician told her she needed new springs and a new opener and proceeded to charge her over $2,100.This is so unethical and made worse by preying on an elderly person on a fixed income.

      They came out same day to give me an estimate for a broken spring on my garage door. I was quoted $600 and they said they had to replace both springs. I called another company who came out later that day and they replaced both for $300. I was also charged a $59 visit fee from Precision because I declined the service.
