      I recently went through the inconvenience of having a garage door spring break. I looked up Precision Door Service of Riverside online and scheduled an appointment for the next day. It was super easy and I picked a time slot that was convenient for me, 8:00 to 10:00am. That morning ****** called me about 8:30am to say he was on his way. A little bit later he arrived. He was friendly, professional, and on time. ****** assessed our needs and worked out three different options. I decided on one and he went to work. He obviously knew exactly what he was doing and answered any questions I had. Precision Door Service of ********* uses high quality hardware, there was no comparison to what we already had. ****** finished in under two hours and the door works great. This was a very pleasant experience, thank you ****** and I highly recommend Precision Door Service of ********* for all your garage door repairs or installations.

      This is the second time we have used Precision and just like the first time, they did a great job. They gave us an appointment right away and the technician was on time, friendly and quick. We couldn't be happier with their service.

      Entire process was great. Called and scheduled for the same day appointment. **** called before and gave an estimated arrival time. He was on time, friendly courteous, helpful and very professional. He explained my options and provided solid suggestions. Finished job in less than stated time. Great experience.

      An excellent experience. Service man arrived on time, was really efficient, courteous, and pleasant. The product (replace the motor, drive track, door wheels and remote) was excellent. We are really so very pleased with our results. We are super pleased with the whole experience. We will recommend Precision door Service to any of our friends who are in need of such service and we recommend them to everyone.

      The work that was done was satisfactory, however the price seemed to be excessive for the work and the time to perform. Even if a new set of springs and a pole were to cost $500 for the actual product, then to charge nearly $700 for 90 minutes of actual labor seems excessive. It was an emergency for us but a normal day of the week for the company. I would not recommend them but would tell those in my neighborhood to shop around for a better value. $ The price given was $1200 which started out at $1500 and when I expressed shock at this amount it immediately dropped. It felt as if I was not in my garage but instead had walked onto a car lot. " Caveat Emptor", shop around...

      Our garage door suddenly decided not to operate correctly. My husband and I researched different companies, read their reviews, and checked their California state licenses before choosing ******************** Garage Door Service. We called Saturday morning about 7:30 a.m. and our call was answered promptly. After discussing the issue with *******, we set up a service call for the morning between 8am-12pm. Our initial contact was warm and pleasant.**** ***** from Precision Garage Door Service, came to our residence about 9 a.m. He was very friendly and went straight to work to diagnose the problem. After checking out the unit, the track, and repairing a broken wooden board, he informed us that our unit was 20 years old and some of the parts and wires were coming loose. We had a choice to leave it and have a nonoperational garage door opener or replace it with a new one. We chose the latter.**** went to his truck and brought out a cardboard box with a new unit. He promptly went to work installing the unit and shortly later, showed us how it worked. A very quiet and smooth unit compared to our other three units. We were impressed with how the garage door closed slowly towards the end and the brightness of the LED lights. Our total experience with Precision Garage Door Service was positive and productive. My husband and I feel we made the right choice and will not hesitate to call them again if any of our other units break.

      I had someone come out for an estimate. They did not email the estimate. I called about six times on different days and spoke with multiple people about getting an estimate. I still did not receive an estimate. I tried to get a different tech to come out but they did not have convenient availability. Im having to use a different company. Everyone I spoke to was nice even though they couldnt help me.

      I called in the morning and set an appointment for that afternoon bet. 2-6 pm. The technician called at 1:50 to say he would be here in fifteen minutes. **** arrived just after 2 pm. He checked out my broken spring and all other components of my door & opener. It only took about 20 minutes and they had removed the old springs, installed the new ones along with new rollers which have bearings in them. **** showed me and explained what they did as well as instructions on future lubrication/maintenance. I couldn't be happier with the service!
