      You came out right away and gave me a "like new" garage door within a couple of hours. I called in the morning and had a working garage door by the afternoon. Thank you for your prompt and personalized service.

      Technician ******************* arrived just before 8AM. I pointed out the broken spring, he looked at the door and said/recommended that TWO sprngs will be required, instead of the original one. I thought about it and agreed since it will less strain on the motor and door opening. He also replaced the two wires on the pulleys.He did a good job in about 1/2 hour , I tested the motion up and down and it was quieter and softer in closing. He was professional and friendly, we had a good chat while he was working. He also had a juke box playing country music while he worked which I liked too because it was not the loud and rap type of music..overall job well done.

      I made an online appointment on 4/23/2024 for 8am-10am on 4/24. The technician contacted me at 7:50 that he would be here in 10 minutes and he was. After explaining my problem to him, he proceeded to verify the issue. He said he could possibly get parts but since the opener was 19 years old, he recommended a new opener would be the best decision to which I agreed. He had one on his truck and after quoting me a price, started to work. He changed out the opener, made sure everything was replaced that was needed, adjusted the opener, adjusted the springs, realigned the door and rails, lubricated all fittings, changed safety sensors and tested the opener. He was very thorough and knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and cleaned the work area completely. My door and opener have been restored to as new condition. This is the second time I have used Precision Doors and am completely satisfied.
