      ******************* did an amazing job getting our doors back to working smoothly. He and another tech showed up on time, were professional and within just 20 - 30 minutes completed the job. We will definately call Precision again.

      Outstanding service. Thanks to *********************************. Let me explain. Originally I just wanted to get my springs replaced but after ******************** explained what else could be an issue later on down the line, I am very glad I had everything replaced except the door. After looking more closely at everything, we noticed that some of the brackets were already cracked, the rollers were not sealed and you could see the bearings. Replaced the motors as they were starting to go out as well. The cable itself was showing a lot of wear and tear and was very thin. Now everything is nice and quiet.Basically, I was saved from costly repairs later on if I had just waited for other things to break. As you know, prices increase every year.

      I was being button challenged with my garage door opener. Precision was so great at sending a tech out to help me. He was very helpful and explained it to me so well. Precision has wonderful customer **********************. Other businesses could take a ****** from Precision.

      excellent service from this company. I spoke with **** during the appointment process. **** was patient and polite. *************************** was assigned to my job. ***** called before arriving and was prompt. We then proceeded to perform the safety check together. Explaining has he went ***** was patient with my many questions. Overall, Five starts is a well earned rating. I would use this company again.

      My garage door would not close using my app. Called Precision Garage Door on Wednesday and they had set an appointment for the next day. I received a courtesy from ****** to let me know he be here within 30 minutes. He was very professional and checked out the problem. Within minutes he told me everything was fine. He said there must have been a glitch in my app. While he was here I had some maintenance done. Had new rollers updated which has a life time guarantee. Lube and tuned adjusted all moving parts. Was told up front what it would cost. I felt the cost was reasonable. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door. For garage doors or just maintenance. Im a very satisfied customer.

      We were totally satisfied with this company. I inquired about an appointment on a Sunday evening. Someone called me within the hour. The appointment accommodated my schedule and the technician was prompt, courteous, and professional so was his work. Quotes were reasonable. We felt no pressure, he gave us options ( Quotes In a simple fix and also for an upgraded in parts and services ), he was very Knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this company and **** the technician ( Inland Empire).
