    This company has called our company for many yrs now and we always tell them we are not interested and do not do business with them. They try to tell us that we do and they have a great promo for another COOLER! That's part of their hook hoping they get some guppie. I've even had them offer to send it to a home address. You hang up on them they will call the next day asking for another person hoping they will agree but if they already spoke to someone who said NO they will hang up.The true reason the calls are recorded is so they can record you saying YES to any of the ? they ask then they use that YES as you agreed to the shipment.Do not fall for this scam do not say yes to any ? they ask. MAJOR SCAMMERS!!!

    Im am sorry that you feel the need to make a complaint like this, and I do not understand your complaint either. We have many sales representatives here that call companies to get new business as all companies do. As far as recording calls then editing them is also farfetched. With any order that is placed with our company the orders are always verified with the customer and we always get purchase orders before we ship anything. I did look up your company and you personally and your company has bought from us in the past and our vendor number with your company is A0003. Our last purchase order you gave us was PO#****. And the invoice was paid and all is well. Not sure what caused this complaint and any customer that doesnt want to order just says were not interested then we move on. I checked our call log today and we only made 1 call to you today so its not like we made tons of calls to you. We are a family ran business and I am proud of my company, Sales reps and my customers. We service them the best we can. If you should have any further issue with sales calls please dont hesitate to call me. Ill be glad to help you.

    This company consistently calls our business, lying about people they have talked to before or orders we have placed that never happened. They promise things like coolers or prizes and try to send you material you did not order. When you tell them no, they are very rude and personally attack with unkind words. I actually enjoy when they call now, I just lie back to them and tell them fake names of people who do not work here. Then we transfer them around the office until they get mad and say rude things and hang up. The people that work here are being held hostage and are trained to make a sale under any circumstance, so I actually feel bad for them. I wouldn't buy anything from this company, ever for any reason. If they sold kidneys and I needed a transplant I would prefer to die.

    Thank you for filing this complaint, sorry you are having this issue with our sales staff calling your company. I am sure we are not the only company that calls your business to solicit. We are a family company, and we are very proud to serve our customers as the best we can. I will do my best to make sure we do not call your company again but if we do I hope you tell the salesperson you are not interested instead of bouncing them all around your company. If you should have any issues with calls in the future, please call me directly at our office number.

    This company called asking to speak to "the guy in warehousing we deal with, I can't remember his name right now." The employee that answered the phone was new, and did not know what was going on so just said "Oh, you must mean X employee," and transferred him. The man on the phone (*******) then said he was sending us a free promotional cooler since we had been purchasing our shipping supplies from them. He stated he would send us an order of our "usual x72 or x144 count roll of shipping tape" along with the cooler. My warehouse guy then knew this was fishy as I order the supplies, and put '*******' on hold for me. When I answered the phone he tried to give me the same line, but I knew he wasn't being truthful. I asked for the most recent SO or PO from us, which he could not provide. He then stated he was "going to do a verbal PO with my name so I could get the cooler." When I told him absolutely not, and that we didn't even order our supplies from him he then quickly tried to get off the phone.

    These business practices are deceptive, and they should be ashamed of themselves. I can't imagine how many people they have scammed into buying something they didn't mean to. Shame.

    I am sorry your call from my sales person ****** did not go as you expected. We record all our sales calls to make sure our sales staff is acting in a professional manner. I have reviewed
    the call and ****** was just doing his job. Yes we are doing a new customer promotion right now as most companies do to drum up new business. I did not hear on the call that we currently
    do business with your company. I also am very proud of my company and we value all of our customers. If any new promotion is promised to our new customers we always take care of them. 
    For the customers that are not interested all they have to do is tell us that and we move on. I am not sure why this complaint was filed since all companies have sales practices to get new customers.
    Once again I apologize for our salesman that called your company and have removed you from our call list. if you should have anymore issues please dont hesitate to reach out to me.

     I am rejecting this response because:
    The salesman DID state we had bought supplies from this company in the past.  That is why I asked for a SO or PO number that he could not supply (because it has never happened.)  This is why the complaint was filed. 
    I am happy we were taken off the call list.
    But it is still deceptive business practices. 


    Side note, I was also never told I was being recorded.  So whatever doctored recording you have I will not accept.  Thanks!
