    Deceitful business practices. The salesman calls and informs us that he will send out such and such product. We say no, we don't want that, he acknowledges, then sends it anyway. On several occasions, they have sent large quantities of poor-quality product that we did not order. To return, we had to pay the freight and they charged us a 20% restocking fee. We will never do business with them again. If they have to use such dishonest practices to sell their products, there is something wrong with their product, not to mention the unethical conduct of their salesmen.
    Beware! If this company calls you, hang up. Don't accept their calls, because they will send you product you didn't order. It will cost you to return it.
