Pattern of Complaints
BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning customers receiving products they have never ordered and getting billed for them. Some reject or return the package and the company refuses to receive it. Other customers indicated the company contacted them using harassing sales tactics to offer the products. Company indicated products were of great quality and customers had a free 30 day trial to try out the products. If the customer was not satisfied with the quality or performance of the product it could be returned and the customer would not be charged. They also indicated customers would receive "free additional products" just for trying out their products. Customers indicated they accepted the offer but once they received the items they were dissatisfied with the quality of the product. Customers then contact the company to return items but the company refuses to refund or receive products. Customers indicated the company continues to bill them for products they returned or never ordered and that they are being sent to collections as well. On March 19, 2021, BBB submitted a written request to the company encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints. As of April 21, 2021, BBB has had no response.
