This company called me and I was told that these items would be a promotional order since I was in trucking for over 40 years. They sent me tolls that are not related to trucking, but I was not at home when they arrived. I was in **********, SD for Radiation treatment for 6 weeks. When I came home, I thought it was not what I was told that I was getting but since it was a promotion I just let it go. Note there was no invoice in either of the packages that I received.I then started receiving nasty calls saying I was past due on the order that I had received. When I told them that I didnt order that it was promotional I was told no that was what I ordered.I then asked for a copy of the invoice thinking maybe I could make payments, but when I got the invoice for $1035.00, I couldnt pay that. I cant use the tools that they sent, they are for wood saws, my business was ************** wife and I have been arguing with them even asking them to let us return them to no avail all they want is money.Of course, now that Im filling this, I see that this is a big scam. Please help us get out of this mess we were dumb enough to think was a promotion.Business Response

About 3 years ago I recieved an unsolicited call from a sales *** of Inland Empire Industrial Supplies. He asked me if I wanted a free set of drill bits, if after 60 days I didn't like them I could send them back. I wasn't interested in the drill bits, but they evidently sent them anyway. The drill bits went to an address that I lived at over a decade ago in a different state than I reside now. Needless to say, I never recieved any tools from them. They have been calling me for 3 years trying to get me to pay for these drill bits. This company is a total fraud!Business Response

Good morning,
In regard to this complaint, every detail of every order including the price, shipping and billing address is verified with the customer before shipment. This package was also sent signature delivery and signed "*******" which according to our notes the customer said, "someone else must have signed his name". We also sent prepaid return labels to this customer for a return and did not receive anything back. So not only do we have his verification with him stating the name to ship under and the address to send it to, we also have his signature on the *** delivery.
Thank you,

Received cold call from fast talking man asking if we wanted free tools, I accepted offer. Today we recieved a small package containing some drill bits, pair of cheap gloves, an aerosol can, some safety glasses, and hand cleaner with invoice saying $299.90 was due. Lots of fine print on back making it sound like we are liable for return shipping fee/package insurance.Business Response

Good morning,
It looks like you spoke with customer service yesterday and we already issued you a rs label for a return as requested. Trk# 1Z71W5289043389691. Once you receive the label and send the tools back, we will issue a credit on that invoice for you. This is not past due, and you reached out on the ***** number. There is no reason for you to be called by collections for an unpaid invoice of tools you are keeping without paying for as so many of the other complaints.
Thank you!

They are saying they shipped items to me which i never got. Now trying to send me to collections over it. I have requested a tracking number to verify and after 9 months they still havent. They had their muscle guy call threating my credit it over this and knew all my business and personal info. If i am going to send someone something they are going to have a tracking number and sign for it. They never offered to resend what they supposedly sent. By the looks of every complaint its a bad business. They claim they send $500 worth of stuff. Never seen anythingBusiness Response

Mr. ******,
Per our records, it seems you have a pattern of "not receiving product". We would not send out a replacement to give you the opportunity to steal from us again. As of this writing we will be writing this off as a loss and closing your account.
Thank you,

Received a cold call from a Marketing Representative of the firm named *** on 01/21/2025. *** used high-pressure sales tactics to convince me to try his free products. I agreed to being sent promotional safety gloves and safety glasses, the shipment arrived to my office and was left unopened for a couple of months. I receive a collections notice from this firm asking for $530 for a drill bit set that was included in the box. Given that I then opened the box a couple of months later, they will not send me a Return Label to send everything back because of their policy of not accepting returns after 30 days. The fundamental issue here is that I never ordered the drill bits, so the company should make this right and send me a pre-paid return label to return everything and sever this connection with my company once and for all.Business Response

This all started out as my s**** up. A salesman called me in February to sell me a 29pc drill bit set and I said no but he kept trying. Eventually the voice changed and I believe the supervisor got on. Some how he got me to say yes at $187. Made a big deal about me knowing his name was ****, later the invoice showed ******. The order was delayed due to the LA fires, which they let me know. When it arrived I was busy calving and so I didn't open it. About 3 weeks later I received an invoice in the mail and that is when I saw I received a 21pc bit set at $189.99. I called to see why and was promptly informed that the salesman clearly explained and verified the details of the order and that my time to complain had past as I should have done it when I received the package. After telling me it was all my fault he said he could take payment over the phone but I was upset and said no. Next day I mailed out a check. 11 days later I got a call from **** ******. When he said where he was from I told him about my experience with the bits and he said he would make it up to me. said he would send me a free 17pc set 1/2-1". then said he had all of this promotional stuff that companies have given them and they are passing the items on to customers in hopes of drumming up some business. He even said he would give me the choice between a 22T **** or plasma cutter just to show he meant business. After all of the free items were explained he said now he would like me to buy some blades. "Not a pallet or even a case but a half a case of 50 at $19ea, now if you are following along that is $2880" he said. But I was obviously not following along because 50 at $19ea is only $950 so I should have known something was up. When received the boxes I opened them about a week later. I tallied up everything in the shipment and before shipping I could have purchased every item individually for $1600. Since this is getting long I will upload the rest as supporting documents.Initial Complaint

I was contacted in early DECEMBER 2024 by **** and he identified himself as a Vice President of this company and congratulated me as being selected as Customer of the Year and that he would be sending me several Milwaukee tools and other stuff, if I would try a newkmind of gringing and cutoff wheels for 60 days and a salesperson would call me back to see how I liked this product and tha all other items were mine to keep by winning this award. The tools arrived without the wheels in mid January 2025. I called and talked to one of their customer service **** and reported that there was no wheels and several other items we not included on the invoice, she indicated that they would send the missing items. I received those in late January 2025. I did not receive any calls about my opinion of the wheels until late March demanding payment of *******. I told them that I had not used any of the items and asked for a return shipping label to send all items back for credit. I was told that it was past their 60 day return policy and they would not accept them as credit on my account. ***** fro the company told me this and that the items I got were part of a Customer of the Year package and needed to be paid for. I received a collection letter today by mail demanding payment or they would turn it over to an attorney in my state for collection. I have all of these items still in their original unused packages and would return it all for credit if they would send return labels immediately upon getting them. They claim to have a recorded confirmation of this call and I don't recall that conversation. Please help to resolve this. Thank youBusiness Response
