    Installed an Ultimate LS system on my vehicle 3 years ago and the system still works amazing. Other than a few issues on my part the setup was flawless. The issues I have with my wiring was found quickly with help from the tech support team.

    Great product and the support is even better! They've started making tech videos that have been very helpful. I have also gotten my car tuned by their engineer at a local show where they had a booth. This EFI has been one of the best investments in my car, the throttle response is amazing and it runs better than before. Highly recommend.

    Worst mistake ever! Burned up 3 fuel pumps, 3rd one caught fire! Couldn’t get any tec support from fitec! Installed by the book!

If you have burnt up 3 different fuel pumps but haven't been able to reach FiTech, what pump are you using and how did you install it and power it?

    Misleading I was under the impression it was a American made product if I knew it was a Chinese made product I wouldn't have purchased it

    On every package it stats engineered and supported in the USA and made in China, not misleading at all. All dealers of our product have a return policy and if you are not satisficed with the product your should explore the their return policies.

    10/15/2021 to 4/14/2022 Purchased and installed Go Street 30003 system.
    04/15-5/5 Called FiTech talked with Joe. When vehicle is started, it ramps right to 20.6 and black smoke fills the shop. My FAST O2 meter reads 9.6 (rich) and the FiTech, 20.6 (lean) proving there is no leak in the exhaust, the O2 sensor was bad. 04/26 sent photos of the FAST readings and FiTech readings. (NO REPLY)
    05/06-7/22 Ten days later, I called and spoke to Rodney. He said reload the system software. Emailed Rodney, software update had no effect, I picked up a cheap O2 sensor, installed it and it then leaned out and reads around 13.6 proving the O2 sensor was bad. Requested replacement sensor.
    08/1-09/30 Still won’t idle, ordered a new ready to run distributor. Still won’t idle. Did everything the help pages said, set TPS, Idle screws, etc. and none of it fixed the idle. 9/30 Emailed Rodney video of it running. 7 days later he emails it’s an exhaust leak. I replied No its not and sent video of the display with the engine running showing RPMs, MAP, VAC and Lambda. 4 days later Rodney replied, remove the IAC and check if it moves. Also asked “have we added a redundant ground from the housing of the throttle body to the negative side with a 12 gauge wire?“. I replied “No, certainly it was designed to properly ground through that which was supplied with the unit. I verified that the IAC moves. Appears to stroke fine in both directions.
    10/14 (Last day of warranty – Problem still not resolved) Called tech support, by the time the call was answered it was 20 min to 4:30pm. For the fourth time now, they had me re-flash the system. Mid-way through walking me through it, the line went dead. I called back but it was now after hours. Had no return call.
    10/21 Rodney sent an email with the form to request a RMA for testing the unit. 11/02 I replied.
    11/25 No response from FiTech for an RMA. Getting nowhere with FiTech and the long delays between them responding to emails have exhausted my warranty.

    Biggest waste of time and money. Absolutely horrible support on their failed product. They eventually stopped answering any emails and gave no answer on their failed ecu. I had to rip the system out and now it's junk in a box on my shelf. Would not recommend this system to any one.
