    Pest control treatment was paid for but not performed. The MOXIE van drove right by my house, did not stop and billed my credit card for a lengthy list of services. Two witnesses saw the van drive by my house without stopping. Also witnessed the van did not return. MOXIE billed my credit card for this service without performing it. Home surveillance video supports the fact that no service was performed. They know I am an elderly gentleman and I am concerned they will take more money from my bank account. I am also worried this companys business model is not pest control but wide-scale elder abuse. Please look into this before they take more money out of my bank account. Thank you.***********************

    Sales person ignores 2 No Soliciting signs that are posted on my property and still came to my door and rang the doorbell. One of the posted signs is right above my doorbell. When I politely told him I already had service and wasn't interested, he continued to talk. At this point I pointed to one of the signs, told him he ignored them both and asked him to leave. He just said "Oh" and left. It seems many in my neighborhood had the exact same problem. He ignored posted no soliciting signs on personal property. He was rude and intrusive. He so far as to ask my neighbor for a bottle of water, after ignoring their sugnes. They just need to know that I will never use the services of a company like this.

    On 05/30/23 they sold me a pest control service for inside and outside for wasp, ants, etc.
    On 05/31/23 they showed up and treated the property, Whatever they did seems like it caused more wasp and insects to come out.
    06/02/23 I called them to ask why I am still seeing more wasp and ants, are they not supposed to go away? I asked. His response was we need to come out for your quarterly treatment, I kept telling them that what you did is not working and you are not providing any explanation as to why it's not working, why would I let you come out again if what you did didn't work. We kept going back and fort. Finally, I told them to cancel my account because their product and service is not working for me. The guy I was talking to hang up the phone and quickly charged my credit card $481.50 for doing nothing. This is my first time in life complaining about anything, it's just the level of deception in this is to another level and if I can prevent someone being deceived I will. Please be careful and DO NOT USE MOXIE PEST CONTROL or At least do not give them your credit card pay by check or something else if your happy with the service, I bet more than likely you will be dissapointed.

    Salesman cam to the door knocked were he could see no soliciting sign and then rang the bell and when I came out and told him to leave he wouldn't and came going over how they were doing neighbor and how great they are they are not doing neighbors house and had to tell them three times to get off property and they did the same thing at neighbors this is harassment
