    DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE!!! These people have no idea what they are doing or how to properly groom animals and their customer service is HORRIBLE!!! Specifically ******** She is extremely disrespectful and has no regard for anyone. I brought my dog here on August 28th, ***** and she came back with cuts all over her and got a horrible infection that almost killed her and cost THOUSANDS to take care of. On top of that, I just lost a family member and had to pay for the funeral. When I called to let them know that I needed to canceled the appointment for my cat due to financial issues and their lack of communication on how much it would be, she was extremely rude and hung up on me. When I called back to ask if she hung up on me, ******* proceeds do say I get it!! You dont have money! I get it!!!. Just extremely disrespectful, inconsiderate, and rude. She had no idea what my situation was or what I am currently going through and instead decided to handle the whole situation so immaturely. She even went as far as to call the cops on me for calling to speak to a manager. I stopped bringing my animals here forever ago and for whatever reason decided to bring them back and that was my biggest mistake. I want my money back from grooming my dogs and I want an apology from ******* or I will be taking them to court for emotional damage. This place needs to be shut down.

    Customer had same day appointment for cat.  Called to inquire about price of cat grooming same morning and made comments regarding price of flea bath for cat.  ******** mentioned the cost was overpriced and she could do it herself. Staff mentioned that there is a $40 booking fee for last minute cancellations and customer said she wasn't paying it.  Staff replied with I guess we are done then and canceled the appointment.  Customer proceeded to call the salon over 200x in 45 minutes from two different phones threatening the staff physically, verbally and disrupted the business for over an hour.  Staff had to call police and file a report and block phone numbers.  Customer didn't bring any dogs in for any appointments so we appointments so we do not know what she is talking about.  We want this customer to leave ********************** Paws alone and move on.  Pawlished Paws staff feels threatened by this customer and will press charges if need be.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    They are liars and they are extremely unprofessional. I will not be leaving this alone until I get my money back. I will take them to court and sue them for what they did to my dog and how they treated me when I called in. I never called over 200 times as you can clearly see in the photos and I also uploaded photos of the text you sent me about my dogs letting me know they were ready to be picked up and the charge to my card when I paid. I want my money back and I want an apology from *******.

    Customer canceled a cat appointment.   We do not know what she is talking about regarding dogs.  Customer canceled cat appointment day of appointment and there was no further action and no monetary cash was excchanged.

    If I could give zero stars I would. Ive taken my animals here for years . Like over maybe 5 years ?? . **** , Monday we had an appointment and they literally ****** my cat up so bad and charged me over 100 dlls for him to get 2 year old gone mad with scissors haircut . Dont ask ****** A to give your cat a haircut cause she does not know what she is doing. Posted before and after. She couldnt even do a simple job of just shaping what he already had. Left holes everywhere . Some long some short in random places. Should be fired . Honestly. Oh and let me tell you they said they wouldnt charge me for another groomer to fix it. ???? how embarrassing on their part. Why would you charge me to fix something they did.

    We scheduled Appa an appointment with her regular *************************, free of charge and customer no showed, no called.  Our salon reached out several times to the phone number on file and customer does not respond.  ****** was not harmed, and we just have a style issue that her regular groomer could clear up in a very quick visit.  We noted the account that *****. APPA regular groomer is the only groomer allowed to work on Appa.
