    Pawlished paws groomed my dog for approx 15 years. Never had a problem. My dog died, and a few months later, I got a new puppy. The grooming was not what I asked for, and the woman running the front desk ( think her name is heather) got very defensive, and rude. Really bad customer service. I will never go to that place again, even if it were free.

    Greetings from Pawlished Paws. This client decided to verbally assault my staff after grooming her pet. Management reached out to her by phone where she continued to articulate herself in an inappropriate manner. Pawlished Paws tried to save the relationship, but unfortunately it was not possible.
