    My car was having issues and I was told it needed a new radiator. I found a place online (radiator now) that sold cheap radiators instead of me having to buy a radiator that cost 300+. I purchased the radiator between April ***** and i was sent an email the one I purchased was out of stock but they found a similar one that matched the price and everything to the one I bought. Upon the item arriving it wasnt a match to my car it was too small. I returned the item back to the website and it got to their warehouse on may 1st 2024. A week goes by i dont hear anything about the return so on may 8th 2024 i look to see if the item had arrived at the warehouse and it did. When I called they said it wasnt the correct item and they needed to double check again and call me back no one called back but emailed me the next day and then a different person said it was damaged and used. For the past few days I have argued back and forth between EMAiL about the item. The item was returned to them in brand new condition when it was taken to the *** store to be shipped the employee was the one who packaged the item and sent it on its way unbroken and unused. A week went by before I was even able to know they did have the radiator and never said anything until I asked about my refund. They have only given me a small portion of the refund they also sent a video of a totally different item than what was in the box all broken and old which is not what was put into the box.

    ************ placed an order on our website for a radiator part number LR13332 it did not fit her vehicle. She proceeded to start a return process, we emailed her our return policy terms which are attached as well as her order with the part number she ordered. We emailed her a prepaid return label, she then sent us back a radiator that she did not purchase from us and damaged. Pleae find attached pictures of the box we sent her with part number LR13332 and attached picture of radiator in box part number P13574. As a courtesy to her we issued partial refund as radiator was not even something we stock. Per our return policy that she agreed to, which is aso attached the shipping cost to her is non refundable and cost to return back to us she is also responsibe for.

    I have attached all documentation, please reach out if more information is needed.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    The part was received on 05/01/2024. A week went by before it was discovered the part arrived on 05/01/2024. I checked the tracking on my end on 05/08/2024 when I called I was given 2 different responses for the item. I was emailed the next day saying the part was broken which that is not how it was shipped. The $54 does not equal up to what I paid for the part. The item Sat at the warehouse for over a week before anything was said about it

    Per return policy emialed to ************ which she agreed to and email correspondance is attached shipping cost to her is non-refundable and she is responsible for freight back.

     

    Radiator cost is $80.99 from ther cost to return back to our warehouse in ** is deducted which was $26.73, therefore refund was issued in the amount of $54.26.

    The business website told me that the radiator would fit my car so I ordered it then they said that it was out of stock, so they substituted. When it arrived, It didnt fit my car. They refunded all but about $20 saying that it was my fault. The radiator didnt fit after their website told me that this radiator would fit my car. Ill have to look through my emails get an exact price on what they havent refunded but its in the neighborhood of $20.

    ********************** had a different sub model vehicle which was not listed on our website.

    We waved the return cost fee as a courtesy to him, we did not wave the charge to ship the radiator to him.

    Upon running his vehicles VIN number he has a 2008 SAAB 9-3 AERO model, AERO model is not listed on our website.

    We did the best to accomodate to him.

    Hello, 

    Their website has my car and the engine size. But when I ordered it and it showed up it didnt fit my car. They should have from the start asked for my vin number if thats what it took to verify it wasnt going to fit. I have a 2008 SAAB 9-3 with the V6. Every 2008 with a V6 is an Aero model. Has anyone else verified this by actually going to the website? In the chance someone hasnt I screen recorded their website and the selection of my vehicle that leads to a radiator that does not fit my car. I will gladly attach my files so that you or anyone else can see the selection on their website. In the picture with the red circle is my radiator and the connection their radiator did not include. Please let me know what information you need from me.
