    This company sent me the wrong radiator and I spoke to them before the shipment to verify it was the correct one shipped. When I received it they said it was my fault and I ordered the wrong one. They advertise risk free shopping but that is not true. I was told I would not get my shipping cost back and would have to pay for shipping it back. Would not advise anyone to buy from this company. ****** *******

    Ordered a radiator from Radiator now, the price was very fair but the one I wanted was out of stock so the advised me that they would be sending a next model at the same cost. It arrived in about 3 days by ***** and I noticed that the box was ripped up pretty bad and then noticed that alot of the fins were damaged beyond use. Called the seller and all they asked for was some pictures of the damage and in just a few minutes they emailed me and told me they were sending a new radiator at no charge. 2 days later again Fed Ex delivered it and this time it was in great condition. I can't say enough about these folks, they stood behind the product and the delivery and made everything right. I will be using these people again, and will tell everyone about them. Thank you RadiatorNow, you're one of the few that know how to make it right.
