I ordered Panda Express and got FOOD poisoning from you guys. I was vomiting for 3 days. I order from Panda Express quite frequently so I was surprised this happened. I'm very disappointed in you guys and would like my money back.Business Response

On 10/05/2022 I went to buy a meal at Panda Express I order Chow Main mushroom chicken and teriyaki chicken at the time to pay a lady cut in front of me and I told the cashier, she said everything was ok and she switch the boxes of food. I paid and took my food when I got home, I realized that I was given the wrong order and I called the restaurant right away when the cashier ****** answered me, she knew who I was because she said she asked me if I ordered shrimp I said no because I do not eat shrimp, I have an allergy and there is no way I could have order that I ask to speak to a manager ******* but refused to take my call ****** told me that if I wanted my food to be replace I had to come back with my receipt and the food I told her I had to work and I was getting off by 9 or 10 P.M. she told me to come back the next day still whit the food. I got rid of the food I wasn't going to keep it in my fridge contaminating everything or in my car contaminating everything there because of my allergy. I think that was awful. In ********* we are a considerable population of ***** people the last thing we need is an establishment that doesn't care about the health of older people.Business Response

This is without a doubt the absolute worst company I have ever attempted to deal with. I had a friend tell me there food seemed to be more nutritious than most of the places you get take out from. He talked me into giving them a shot. So..I ordered a meal online and immediately...it all went south from there. The receipt I received said I needed to pick up the order in 7 minutes and they location I ordered from was across town. I had just gotten out of the shower and was in a robe. So...I toss on whatever I could find at a moments notice and rush across town. By the time I got there I was 17 minutes late and I was hoping they still had my order. So, I walk into the place and it's packed. I had to wait in a long line to even get a chance to pick up my food. The guy who looked at my receipt said, not familiar with the order and there's probably at least 20 orders in front of you. I said ok, I'd prefer not to wait then. Then he simply said...if you don't want to wait, then you get on "f-word" line and get a refund then....and walked away. I stood there stunned with people staring at me. I then went back to my car and drove home and attempted to call their customer service to get a refund...I waited on the line 45 minutes just to get some girl that had a worse attitude than the guy at the store. I told her the story and she was snippy with me the whole way through the discussion. Told me I'd receive an e-mail confirmation within 48 hours. I never received an e-mail and I never received a refund. My order number was ****************** I don't want to call these people back...frankly because they creep my out. The absolute worst experience I can recall ever having in my life.Business Response

I went through the drive thru at store #**** and ordered BEYOND orange chicken. I do not eat meat. But this location gave me regular orange chicken. I went to a Panda Express Restaurant ***** to today in Rancho Cucamonga. The second time they didn't give enough portion size and the same person who did the serving. Called and complained and spoke to an employee ******. She told me that she might know who did that and they usually do that. She refused to fix the issue in house. I think this being supported by management and she was okay with providing me the incorrect portion size. I believe this illegal and should I received what i paid for. I am not sure why this behavior is supported by Panda Express management. They are purposely doing this to other customers and their employee knowledge it.Business Response
