Don't know how they got my name. I now receive ads for merchandise and services on my computer redundantly and with rapidity, while I'm on line. Part of their ad strategy is to annoy and then click on their service which promises to eliminate "annoying ads" ( I'm sure for a fee). This is spam of the worse kind and I'm sure that all they are looking for is your credit card data that you provide for their service which will stop the ads that ******* you which are sent by familytreenow.com (the very same company that provides a service to stop their ads),Seem akin to a Mafia approach .................extortion.Very annoying and no relief in site.Business Response

This information is collected on a County, City, State and federal level and can also come from reporting information during normal every day activities such as grocery store club cards, magazine subscriptions, voter registration, warranty cards, even fishing licenses, and forms you fill out when browsing the internet. There are thousands of ways this information gets reported.

I am rejecting this response because:
My concern is that they will take the information I submit for removal and use that for unscrupulous activities consistent with data breaches and stolen identity. The data should not be on that site; no consent was provided. I had no knowledge of this company and I have never sought their services.

I have never heard of or been involved with this site. One day it popped up on a ****** search. Information it relates to me is misleading, inaccurate and could be detrimental to the safety of my family. It credits me with phone numbers that were never owned by me but belonged to relatives. It is a clear invasion of my privacy as well as people who may be related to me. If they claim this information is part of the public record then they have poorly executed their assimilation of facts with fiction. ***** would call it fake news.
