1 starTitle: Counterfeit Products, False Promises, and Fake Reviews Please Read Before You Invest As a military spouse and small business owner, I trusted E-Comm Partnerships with over $24,000 of my savings to build and scale an Amazon store. Instead, they completely failed to deliver shipping counterfeit products that resulted in my ****** account being deactivated, violating their own timelines, and ignoring my repeated requests for solutions. To this day, they have not taken responsibility or refunded my money.I never asked for their $5,000 money back guarantee I simply asked for a refund on the services and products I paid for and never received.Whats worse: Ive since been contacted by multiple other customers with similar experiences. Even more telling, several employees who worked on my account have privately reached out to share how dishonest this company is and that they were instructed to lie to ********** top it off, the glowing reviews listed on E-Comm Partnerships' BBB profile are not from legitimate customers. I cross-referenced names from their own internal emails the majority of the reviewers are their employees, spouses, children, and extended family.If you're considering doing business with E-Comm Partnerships, I strongly urge you to look deeper. Their business model is unethical, their inventory is not authentic, and their customer support is performative at best. It is easy to write 5 Star reviews when a company provides excellent service and results are coming in. However, it is another thing when the end result isn't something you are satisfied with as far as ROI. I worked with EComm Partnerships LLC to create an Amazon store, only to have something happen with the Amazon Seller platform that ended up tying my store to another fraudulent account. Unfortunately, after 6 months of folks at EComm and myself diligently working to clarify the ongoing issue with Amazon we couldn't get the store profitable. It would have been easy for those at EComm to walk away and just say that all of my costs associated with starting my store was part of the risk I was taking. But that is not what they did and they refunded me *********** cost and consequently secured a client for life. While we are not currently working on a project together there are on going conversations about future projects and I look forward to working with ********************** and ***** over at EComm again soon.EComm Partnerships LLC
