      I was a long-term, well-paying client, hired Daniel **** and his associates to represent me as a plaintiff in what is still ongoing litigation.After I paid the retainer, things went well. Discovery was being obtained. Then, after a few months they started to let my case languish despite the fact we were finding significant evidence that strengthened my case. They just stopped. For month upon month. Then I found an issue with dishonesty. The subordinate attorney I was working with told me they had been working to obtain further discovery when they actually had never done so. After that subordinate attorney left the firm, Daniel **** handed my case to a brand-new attorney who had little experience. Daniel **** couldnt bother himself to supervise their work despite me raising concerns about getting bad advice and expensive missteps. While my case struggled under Daniel Hunts subordinates, he was off playing golf and taking multiple vacations. He couldnt be bothered to care about the details of my case; couldnt be bothered to conduct the deposition of an adverse primary witness; couldnt be bothered to make sure his subordinate attorneys were doing things correctly; just couldnt be bothered to even review my case. His responses to my concerns were always the details of other clients cases. I was faced with no choice but to find new representation mid-way through discovery after investing 18 months and $40,000 here.Bringing my concerns up to him now as I am finding even more issues with how his firm handled my case is being met with blame-shifting and gaslighting. If Daniel **** can be this negligent to me, he can do this to anyone. There are many qualified firms in this segment of the legal profession. I did not find this firm to be one of them. I do not recommend this firm to anyone for any reason.
