    Grin's software was OK but did not meet our businesses needs.When I asked to cancel they claimed I had a contract that had auto renewed without my approval or signature and I am not able to cancel or stop payment. I had to cancel my credit card to finally get them to stop billing me. I repeatedly asked to stop service via email and even got a response saying their manager was canceling service. They then sent me account to a collections agency even though I was not using their software. Id recommend not partnering with a business that has these types of shady practices.I will be filing a complaint with the CA AG.
