    Vp **** is great. Lower end mangers are lacking professionalism and kindness. I was being harassed by a neighbor and they turned a blind eye untill i really threw a fit . Once i firwarded complaints to the vp then something got done. Lower mangers are terrible to deal with!

    Since this company has taken over the mobilehome park I live in five years ago, my rent has doubled and the park has not trimmed trees since. I have now received my 3rd violation notice for bogus violations because I have voiced my opinion. They are going to start eviction on me and take my mobilehome away from me. I have only been late on rent one time due to COVID back in early 2020. They have singled me out for standing up for myself. I am single and older female that they think they can push around. They have violated my rights many times and I have spoken up for myself. They will be held accountable for their employees actions.

    I think they are a self-serving company that bought our MH park, increased our space rent $109 a month and now have taken away the visitor parking spaces and are charging for us to use them for personal spaces. They say that if we have one more space in our driveway that it's a privilege. They constantly have tow trucks come through the park ready for a quick grab even if you just drive up to drop off groceries from the store and then have to go park outside the park on the street.What's next? Charge us for an in-park road use fee? They should at least remove the name "Christo" from their business name. ****** would not buy up a property to inflict a financial burden to those that live there.
