      If I could leave a 0 star rating I would. I have been with ************** for about 8 years but now I feel I have been ripped off. I paid a huge fee to "update" my website and they have not corrected the errors they created. My website is worse now than I had before. It has been six weeks and now they don't even respond to my emails requesting the corrections.

      This is my second experience with ********** and it is extremely worse than the first time. It was my fault for giving them the benefit of the doubt that things would be different this time. ***************************, in particular, completely removed any little trust I provided in the beginning. He sold me on his SEO expertise and a promise to communicate with me regularly to report on site performance. Although I understand that expectations should be reasonably managed with regards to lead generation, I cannot excuse the lack of communication and / or response when reaching out for assistance; especially when I was sold on his promise to be available (personally) whenever an issue arose or if I had any concerns. His lack of integrity completely ruined any further possibility of working with ********** in the future and any recommendations to colleagues. Thanks for being a typical sales person.
