I ordered two sets of these heaters from 1 Stop Lighting via Amazon. I placed an order for the black fascia heaters but they sent the stainless steel heaters. To top it off, one of the heaters didn't work AT ALL! When I complained to Amazon, they told me the correct orders were sent to 1 Stop Lighting and I should call them directly. When I spoke to 1 Stop Lighting, they told me that they would not take back the SS heaters and send the black heaters I ordered. 1 Stop Lighting blatantly refused to take back the defective heater, stating I needed to work with their technical team to repair a BRAND NEW HEATER! I am currently out my original purchase price of the four heaters plus an additional $500 to return the heaters. 1 Stop Lighting's mantra states customer service is their number one priority. CLEARLY IT IS NOT! I'm currently disputing these charges with my credit card company.1STOPlighting

The information requested is as follows:The order was placed through Amazon with order numbers **SSN**-6352251 and **SSN**-0131424. Amazon stated I had to deal directly with you to satisfy this major issue. When I spoke to your company, no one helped me. I spoke with **** from ********, which is the corporation you use to ship your items. He did not help me. I also spoke to ****** at 1 Stop Lighting who also did not help me. I, at my cost, returned these heaters (including the defective one) to ******** at the request of my credit card company. I have proof of that as well. I am still out several thousands of dollars plus the return shipping costs for a mistake that I did not make! This needs to be handled immediately.Review fromAlexander D

I bought 4 light fixtures from Goldenlightinglights.com, which is the subdevision of 1stoplighting.com.It took forever for my order to be delivered. When it finally arrived, I found out that one box with a light fixture was missing. They were supposed to send four boxes, but it looks like they can only count to three. I called them and emailed them for several weeks now. All they can tell me is that they are doing an investigation. On top of that, they refused to process a refund for the missing item while they "are doing investigation".Horrible customer service, horrible experience. Their prices are just a little bit cheaper than at other stores, but at the end of the day you'll save more money and your precious time if you buy from somewhere else. Stay away from them!1STOPlighting

I purchased 3 pendants from 1STOPlighting and only 1 arrived. I put in a helpdesk request 10 days ago and I am still waiting for the third light. Poor service, especially considering that I was charged for 3 lights. I have not been refunded for the light they neglected to send. I have put in another helpdesk ticket and hopefully, they will send the light that I have already paid for.1STOPlighting

0 stars. Zero information at website re: which light kits fit which fans they sell. When I call CustServe Rep he relates that there was no info in the light kits write-*** re: what fans the kit were supposed to fit... yes, really. He related that ******* had NO information at their website either providing this information. So crucial information isn't provided, which leaves buyers to assume all light kits produced from their website search will fit all Kichler fans. So, when they arrive after your purchase you have to return them. But, 1STOPlighting policy is you must return purchased items in the same box they shipped them is. But this is NOT specified on the Packing slip OR written/stamped anywhere on the Box, which you think would make sense. AND the box I received my kits in was flimsy, very poorly taped (i.e., when I picked it up the bottom flaps sagged so that I could see a 2 inch gap between the sides of the box and the bottom, and the clear tape is peeling off and is barely securing the box. Then, when I open the box, it see that it is way over-sized box for the 3 kits they shipped me - meaning a third of the box is empty, which allows the content to rattle around and be damage en route to your home. Of course, none of this can be seen in the Shippers verifying delivery foto, At that point, I'm unaware of their return shipping policy. I remove them and realize quickly it is not designed for my fans. When I call about their return shipping policy a wk later after throwing away the oversized box, I don't have pictures of the box, or how poorly is was secured and packed, so they won't take the return and clearly act as if I'm lying about the shape the box was in, and have NO answer about the fact that they do NOT make their shipping policy clear or **** their boxed appropriately. Bottom line: don't deal w/ this company. I think they're understaffed and likely have fine business margins that make processing return too costly. Don't do business w/ them.1STOPlighting

Very poor business. They avoid and ignore you in a polite way after they take your money. I placed an order on February 6th and my credit card was charged. I never received an order confirmation. The website couldn't reference my order. Website indicated there was Chat available on weekends, but there wasn't. I called on 2/20 and received the order confirmation via email from the customer service rep who also told me she would email me the next day to let me know status of the order. The order confirmation said: "The next step in the journey is for the warehouse to pull the product for shipment. At this point all you need to do is sit back and wait for our shipment update! " Emailed 2/21 and this is the response I got: "Thank you for reaching out! I am reviewing your order and reaching out for status. I will keep you posted on an update in the next ***** business hours. Thank you and have a great day!Emailed 2/22, no reply Called 2/23 to find out status of my order; was told that it's scheduled to be shipped on 2/28. That would have been nice to know 2 weeks ago when I placed the order and my credit card was charged. I asked to cancel the order and get my money back immediately and was told "we have a system and need to send the cancellation to the manufacturer to stop the shipping...." The shipping that wasn't going to happen for another 5 days supposedly. The cancellation email indicates: "We have received your cancellation request for order ******** and will process it as quickly as possible. Our plan is always to stop orders before they ship, however if we are unable to do so, we can provide you with instructions for how to return the product after it arrives."So poor - I've never sent a poor customer rating, EVER, but I hope to help others avoid this terrible experience.1STOPlighting

1STOPligting, please promote *****************!! She is your very best asset and turned a problem into a ******************. I ordered a beautiful sculptural bench from your firm. I received a great price and prompt tracking information, and the bench arrived via ***** as promised. Sadly the right leg and side had been smashed and detached during the delivery process. The design would not allow for the repair of the damage. I had a tough time receiving a response via the website or customer service tab. I waited for 20 minutes on the phone and was connected with a customer service ****** Her name is ***************** and she made everything right. My replacement bench arrived yesterday packed more securely and delivered with great care. I love my beautiful bench. I am so impressed with *** and how she managed the process. This company has false advertising about delivery. Still haven't seen the product. Terrible! I ordered lights for a bathroom and was promised two day delivery. No delivery or contact. Customer service said a TRACKING number MIGHT be generated 5 days AFTER the lights were supposed to be delivered. The payment was processed immediately. Never using them again.1STOPlighting

My second time using 1StopLighting, and it was frustrating after I placed my order. Was never notified of shipping dates or tracking numbers. When I tried to access the site to review my order, on numerous occasions, I got an error message "403 Forbidden Request". The person I dealt with when placing the order was extremely helpful but trying to get answers after order placement was very frustrating.1STOPlighting
