      **************** is absolutely horrible. It has taken me over a month to receive a return label that I still have not received to date. I even offered to pay to have the item shipped back and still, the same old run around. This company will never see a purchase made from me or the electrical contractors I deal with, again.

      The person at the help desk was great and very helpful. The problem is the fan I ordered is backordered till late October and no one bothered to tell me. I had to find out myself by calling them. To make is worse they already charged my card. They did give the option of canceling the order but I need the fan so I am stuck with the delayed delivery and paying for it ahead of time. Not a good way to build customer support. They did give me a $25 credit for the delay.

      It has taken 4+ weeks to get someone to address getting a replacement for 2 of 6 light fixtures that do not work. I still have not received replacements

      I recently purchased 2 outdoor lights. Them came in a timely manner however one light had 2 cracks in the glass panels. I called customer service and was helped by ******* She was very helpful and friendly. She explained the return process so now I am waiting to here back.
