    After bringing up the issue of a partial refund of services due to an unavailability of video surveillance capabilities, I was told no discounts or partial refunds will be given. How does a business bill customers for services not rendered without consequences? There is no accountability for a lack of service and their customer service skills are subpar. Please reconsider business with another security provider with a better reputation.
