    I purchased a Solar System through Green Day Power in 2021 and 2022. Currently my system is not working. The parts needed are covered under the manufacture warranty however the labor is not. I am looking to have the money i have to come out of pocket with reimbursed. Since the company has gone out of business (the installers) I would like to somehow get information on possibly contacting someone to get a reimbursement or file a case against them.

    Given that Green Day Power hasn't responded to a BBB complaint in six months and may not even be in business I don't expect any action or satisfactory resolution but filing for the record.Signed a contract with Green Day Power in late September *********************************************************************************** November. Scheduled the install for December, had to reschedule twice to first week of January. When they came to install, the designs they had drawn up and had approved were not up to code so it wasn't possible to install the whole system; they could only install the solar panels on the roof. After much back and forth and design revision, they returned the week of February 19th to install the batteries and other interior components. We're been at a standstill since and my system still isn't operational after 6+ months. Eventually on June 5th, they did have the city of Walnut Creek perform a permit inspection which turned up a few issues. They were supposed to remedy these on June 10th but the contractor didn't show and they've made no effort to find someone else. Emails and texts have not been returned. From what I can tell on LinkedIn they did mass layoffs earlier in the year and may not have any employees left to do solar work.

    We had our solar panels installed in 2021 by Green Day Solar in **************,**. This January there was a roof leak after a couple of storms. We contacted them and initially declined to fix it until I contacted the contractor licensing board. A third party contractor fixed the roof leak. Upon the repair we were told that there were ***** roof tiles that need replacement because they were broken, I asked the third party to relay my concern to the solar company and was told they were not responsible for the damages. I asked if they can provide me a proof like pictures but they failed to do it. We have a 10 year roof warranty after the solar installation and would like to have them fix it.

    Installed a generator. In October, they determined there is a leak in the engine. On October 19, 2024 they sent me an email that the replacement was approved and would reach out in 2-4 weeks to get the replacement scheduled. Since then I have made multiple attempts to contact them about the replacement and they have not responded to phone calls nor to emails.

    They installed solar panels, which have a lifetime warranty. There is a leak in my ceiling and my solar panels have stopped generating energy. I called the manufacturer and they report Green Day Power is responsible. I have been calling Green Day for two weeks and no one is answering.

    Green Day Power has not turned on my solar panels. The solar panels were installed over a year ago. They have failed to have any contact with me at all. I have not even started the inspection process. They have not replied to any emails or any voicemails I have left. I have escalated the problem with ******** Financial, they have gotten an answer from they subcontracted the job out but wont give them any more information since they are not the property owners. Yet, they will not contact me. The number is no longer working and is just a dial tone.

    Good afternoon, Reaching out due to noticing the Green Day Power APP hasn't been working and local representatives have been unresponsive. Im emailing to help educate myself on how to better use our banked power. Im paying a large sum at end of every year and was informed from a friend that i can reduce my annual payment by using my stored power better, i just dont know how to do that and Green Day power service personal cant be contacted, dont return calls, and their app hasn't been working,... all against service support that was promised when we elected to go with this company.     I have two problems with Green Day power: Company continues to ignore my emails and voice messages therefore am unable to get resolution. First problem is company will not follow through with pg&e application, which required correction and documentation. Pg&e requested correction on January 22, 2024. Installation of battery was done in early December 2023. Second issue is minor but still unresolved. On the day of Installation of battery two structures were damaged and need replacement. I took pictures and sent them to company on 3 occasions.
