Meaning I would need to start the process all over again and pay to have the service re-done.

      This eviction company has taken thousands with out delivering any results. In fact they took a retainer fee from us last month that was the fee for them to appear in court for us and they didnt even show up. They are scammers and steal money from people going through hard court battles.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      On July 11, 2020 for this company was supposed to appear in court for us as a result of them failing to show up our case was dismissed. We had paid them a retainer fee for this, which we would like full reimbursement for since they did not appear for us as promised. The address where they can send the reimbursement to is *******************************************************************. If they need the address to the property that they were supposed to show up in court about that property address is ************************************************. CA

      I have a case with this firm since 2021, and it took them almost 3 years to close the case.
      The service is terrible and they never update you status until numerous attempts, and the only time they came to you is for billing which is lighting fast, then stay quiet. The irresponsible and delayed actions has caused more damages. In last 2 weeks, I have been trying to ask for the account statement showing how much I have paid them, talked three time to the manager named Fernando, and he never send to me the statement.
      I REQUEST THIS COMPANY TO SEND ME STATEMENT IMMEDIATELY
      I FURTHER RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REQUEST FOR COMPENSATION ON THE DAMAGES THEY CAUSED DUE TO THEIR IGNORANCE AND IRRESPONSIBLE TO MY CASE.
