      Fast Eviction which is also owns Housing For All. These individuals will take advantage of tenants, Will not make repairs in timely manner, fix repairs correctly. Incompetence at its finest. Tenants are responsible for all utilities, living in un permitted structures, no permits for completion of work per city violation. *******************. Our unit was broken into, they advised we would have to pay the cost to change locks. Can you better that! Unbelievable these people. Charging a tenant a cleaning fee for a unit that was in imminent condition, the unit was left cleaner then we moved. Over charging on Utilities, $805.00 cleaning fee. I send them a email, regrading doing whats fair. Reimbursing my deposit back appropriately. They refused to acknowledge my email. Then I wouldnt pursue legal action. Be careful with these slum lords, both as a tenant and landlord working with theses con artist. Litigation will be pursued against them. Such individuals deserve criminal prosecution, considering fraud on tenants.

      They left a letter saying if I was a tenanto. Send it to send an email with release and last 4 payments when I sent the email. They said they only help landlords. I sent them a picture of what they put on my door and they hung up on me

      This law service is absolutely worthless. They took my case in July 10 2022. After ten charge more than $20000.00. They only caused delay on my case. Three times did not show up or submit document for trial. Today Court judge told me they are going to be reprimanded for their lack of professional regard for court system. I went to an other law-firm.
