      I made an online order. The owner reached out to me and said he was out of the product I ordered (which was not indicated as such on the website) and offered me a more expensive product instead. I agreed and he ceased all communication despite multiple attempts at contact. I also paid a premium for two day shipping and obviously the product never arrived. I then googled the business and saw multiple similar complaints. This company should lose whatever license they may have to operate and accept payments

      They never seem to reply to any emails about products being in stock or anything, once you just go ahead and order something they did call me right away to say they dont have it, very short and uncaring on phone, almost made it feel like it was my issue I ordered something from them, but my main issue is thay everything says available all the time, never out of stock, so you can always order yet nothing seems to be in stock actually

      We order from them on June 7th and three weeks later we have not received our delivery. Attached is the receipt.

      Placed an order with this company weeks ago. Order never arrived. I have reached out multiple times for update and have had no response or correspondence from the company.

      Over the phone I ordered meat from exotic meat market for $117. The meat never arrived. I called they said they had a problem on their end. They said they shipped it again and it still has not arrived. I asked for a refund and they said file with **** I have not received any information from exotic meat ***** to contact **** Bottom line I ordered something and have not received it and now they will not work with me.

      The customer placed an order last Thursday for 2nd Day Air. The order was shipped on Thursday for Friday delivery, with no extra cost for Next Day Air. The customer was provided with the tracking number. The customer called more than 7 times and I answered all the questions, including weekends. This morning customer text me that he will report me for fraud. I have not committed a fraud. I shipped the order. If the *** do not deliver on time, he has to contact the ***. The customer has to file the claim with the ***. I do not like the threats. I do not want BBB to involve in this issue as there is no Fraud. If BBB takes negative actions, I will have to take the customer and ******************** to the Federal Court. I do not want any negative comments.
