I suspect this 'business' operates only as a scam center. They pollute search results with aggressive SEO in order to trick people into ordering items they think are in stock. In this case, it's hard-to-find specialty products. I submitted my order and never received the product for a month. The owner stopped responding to emails requesting updates and then finally requesting a refund. I had to file a charge back with my credit card company in order to receive a refund. The owner also did not respond to them, either. I can provide proof of the order and charge back to BBB if necessary to show that this was a real transaction. If you still want to roll the dice by ordering, use a credit card and NOT a bank transfer or debit card so you can get your money back. Their main money maker seems to be running an inexpensive website and counting on most customers not fighting to get a refund. The owner/this company has a long complaint history online of the same behavior. I'm not sure how California has not shut them down.

The site advertises numerous non existing products (scottish game) as available. I was charged for an order and even sent a confirmation, but no shipment followed. When I called, I was told that the product is unavailable and promised a refund. The refund never came. Meanwhile, all the unavailable products are still advertised.I wonder if this is a way to borrow money without paying interest.I can see many similar complaints. Why does the state of ********** allows this to continue?
