    After being a timely paying customer for 12 years, I am unable to stop the service and company will not cooperate to close the account. They bill for services provided and wont let you close the account giving you a kick around until you give up just to send another bill the following year.Communications log 2024:2/13/24 to CBR corporate, redirecting, call drop x5 2/13/24 to CBR corporate phone number, was not connecting x4, ultimately spoke to a representative, was informed that theres a balance for 2022-2023 years and account was actually never closed, as CBR didnt receive signed paperwork from me with my choice of what to do with the cord blood.I was then forwarded to an account closure specialist who processed the request and supposed to send the paperwork to be signed by email.No such email was ever received.2/13/24 to ******************* an collection closing specialist, left a voicemail message 2/15/24 spoke to ******************* for about 6 minutes, discussing closure of the account. She forwarded me an email initially sent to my wifes mailbox (although I have requested a different email address to be used for that purpose ), but it was without the attachment, so it had to be resent by ***************************, an account closing specialist. I will try to reach out to her directly per ****** instructions 2/15/24 to ***************************, left a voicemail message 2/15/24 to ***************************, left another voicemail message 2/19/24 to ***************************, left a voicemail message 2/19/24 to *******************, left a voicemail message 2/19/24 from a different phone to corporate,able to connect, but operator couldnt hear me.2/20/24 to ***************************, left a voicemail message 2/20/24 to *******************, left a voicemail message 2/20/24 to corporate, spoke to ******** who explained me that CBR has only 3 specialists for account closures and if ***** is on a line with a customer phone call goes to voicemail. ******** offered to connect me to her directly, after 7 minutes the call has dropped.
