*********** practice is shady and deliberately leave service content about end of term vague. *** moved multiple times and CBR wasnt able to locate me after my service came to term. So they billed me over 2 years of storage without my consent before CBR decided to send to credit agencies to locate me. CBR should not be billing me over two years where the bill came to $795 dollars on a service without customer consent to continue the service. Instead the better practice is to terminate the service if no consent to continue service by customer. In addition, if they did the shady practice of charging customer after service contract ended, CBR should be sending my default after 1 month to 2 months of nonpayment. CBR should not waited until after 2 years of nonpayment and accruing a bill of $795 before sending my account to collections agency to find **** would have terminated on the day my contract ended if I had known they would continue to my service without my consent and then charged me for two years of storage before sending to collections agency to collect for nonpayment. This she stated clearly on the service contract.

Treated unfairly, didn't honor terms of salesperson. The salesperson told us the yearly storage fee was going to be $125 until the 18th birthday of the child. The child was born in 2007.In 2017 the storage fee raised to $150, with no previous notice. In 2019 the storage fee raised to $175, with no previous notice. In 2020 the storage fee raised to $180, with no previous notice. In 2021 the storage fee raised to $185, with no previous notice. We ended up cancelling the account. And when cancelled the account they tried to keep the cord blood for "research purposes" or "quality control and training". They do not give you the option of sample destruction. At the end we could get the "Account ***************** destruction form because our contract was from 2007.I do not recommend CBR.
