    Eagle Moving and Storage is the worst moving company I have ever encountered. Avoid them at all costs.The movers arrived an hour late. The company severely underestimated the job, sending only three movers for a task that clearly needed more, forcing me to help and effectively reducing the crew to two. They were painfully slow, and we ended up packing most loose items ourselves. They didnt finish loading the first house until 6-7 pm and couldnt complete the move in one trip.Upon arrival, I observed that their truck was a wreck, patched with aluminum HVAC tape. During unpacking, they carelessly tossed items into the backyard and garage, resulting in a broken custom picture frame, a damaged door frame, and scratched hardwood floors. They placed boxes in the wrong rooms, turning unpacking into a chaotic disaster.Despite their incompetence, we sympathized with the movers, who didnt take a break all day. We even bought them pizza.However, they left trash scattered in both front yardspieces of cardboard boxes, empty tape rolls, and scraps of tapethat we and our neighbors had to clean up.The movers were severely underpaid, so we over-tipped them out of sympathy.Reaching the company owner was nearly impossible. When he finally responded, he doubted our claims, made excuses, and blamed us for being unreasonable. He eventually agreed to a $100 refund, but over a week later, we still havent received the payment after providing our Zelle information.Eagle Moving and Storage is unprofessional, careless, and disrespects both customers and employees. This company is a disaster. Ill be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Do not do business with them under any circumstances.

    08/04/23 Rude phone representative - ******************************************************* contacted this rep for a quote to see the relative cost, became very unprofessional and verbally aggressive when I asked if the quote could be lowered. Second contact with rep while trying to schedule the actual pickup, rep was immediately aggressive and pushy to place the sale over the phone. Rep then contacts me through text message pushing the sale immediately, calls me a "loser" after telling him he wouldn't be making a sale. This rep was extremely unprofessional and rude throughout the process.

    I am sorry to hear about the unprofessional manner in which this customer was treated. The sales person mentioned does not and has never worked for ** and the phone number provided ************ is in ******* and not in any way affiliated with our local ************* moving company. I called the number and spoke to ***** and can confirm that he has never worked for ** and he was also rude to me.

    Unfortunately, this complaint refers to a different moving company and not **.

    They mishandled my belongings. Handled and went through items they told to leave untouched for packing.They refused to take items forcing me to leave behind. The driver was verbally assaulting and abusive. They demanding payment prior to services completed yoked me I was going to be on the clock and charged until I did so.They damaged numerous items, tv, desk, killed 2 mature plants in transport.Items that were packed they unpacked and through in other bags snd boxes.Did not use specific moving duffle bags I purchased and provided them with and used their materials at a cost. There were items glass to patio set I told them wasnt delivered. After 2 weeks apparently it turned up.Tried to replace my flatscreen tv that was damaged in transport with delivering a used tv by the same driver that verbally assaulted me and used intimidating to get prepayment prior to unloading my belongings. This individual just showed up at my residence at 8:30pm without any notification.When I refused the to accept the used tv he told me I was nothing but a *****.The owner is not responding at all.From the items that were dumped out of dresser drawers without my permission and supervision or allowing me do this.There are irreplaceable items missing.They had no right to go through my dressers. These should have been wrapped and moved with a dolly. ( I provide a roll of wrapped!Antique Lamps were thrown in boxes these are irreplaceable.without properly being wrapped.I was being charged on Sunday fir 3 men. There were only 2 men from 9:45am until approximately 6:30pm.One of the individuals the one whom unpacked boxes and w

    I am very sorry that you were not satisfied with your move and I take very seriously your complaints and allegations. We have discussed further as a team and think that asking you to settle your bill before unloading was justified in light of your credit cards being declined, even though it caused friction. 

    Regarding the ** replacement that we purchased for you and delivered to you, we did this for you even though we don't think we were responsible for any damage to your **. The ** we provided was not new but it was a very good one and much better than your old one.

    these items as well were packed in a box, tapped in a secure manner by myself.

    Your  crew unpacked them and threw the in bags.

     

    The man that went through my dressers was clearly under the influence of some sort of substance ( Methaphatamines )if appeared.

     

    I have requested previously your insurance company information to submit a claim have it ignored me. To submit a claim on your website it goes to a error page.Im getting close to $1,000.

     

    That Aromatherapy device is made out of **** and now broken.

    - The move was from ******************************************************************* to *********************************************************** - Movers came on May 3 and completed early hours May 6 COMPLAINTS AND ISSUES:=======================The management estimated 2 days for moving and packing - actually it should have been three days - The movers THEN compressed 3 days moving and packing into TWO, because of which the movers worked overnight starting the second day, when our goods reach around 3:00 AM PsT to the destination. *WE HAD TO STAY UP WITH THEM TO MONITOR THE MOVE, (WE HAD NOT TAKEN TIME OFF AT WORK)*A HUGE AMOUNT OF ITEMS remained at the old place and were not picked up, because of which we had to take extra efforts and pay extra to a third party to take them ourselves (See the attached files)We are STILL MISSING some items Washing machine was damaged - it did not work at the start and began tripping our circuit and accumulating water. We had to scoop out the water. After power recycling, it seems to be working but we are VERY TENTATIVE TWO specific items - FIRST - The movers had promised to take down the garage cupboards but did not. SECOND - They were supposed to pack the chandelier carefully and bring it. They Brought is as in, unpacked (we are lucky nothing broke, but they went against their word Attached photo collection of items left behind *We are looking for partial refund - about 60% of what they charged

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Delay and missing items were not the only issue!!!
    1. A large amount of items were left behind (attached picture compilations)
    2. They left the place in a mess
    3. Calling it 'delay' is wrong!! They wrapped up in time -BUT JOB UNFINISHED as per points 1 and 2 above 
       AND We had to be up around 3:00 AM PST Friday May 6 to ACOMMODATE their routine.

       in fact they PRESSURED US TO have this wrapped up because they had another customer
