    Today, at the end of a 15 minute survey, I was not rewarded the 77 coins TapResearch advertised for completing this survey, If you are going to say I was disqualified, do it in the first 30 seconds of the survey. Don't STEAL my information and responses. This has happened at least 8 times in the past 2 weeks. Be an honest company for a change. Attached is the page I landed on after clucking "done". Don't blame my phone, it had zero issues loading the help page to file a ticket.

    There have been numerous complaints I have made through email over the course of weeks now of rewards in game app through their offerwall was not awarded as advertised and I am sick and tired of waiting for a response and also not getting the amount of in game awards fully awarded each time I take their surveys which could amount to money in real time for the time taken to take their research studies/surveys. I have emailed them and they take their sweet time to respond which is why I have turned to the BBB to help hold this company accountable for the record.
